    Middlesbrough's up-and-down season continues as they're held to a draw by bottom side Rotherham.

    Cafu had them dreaming of a first away win in 30 matches, but Marcus Forss spoiled the party.

    A bigger concern for Michael Carrick will be losing forward Isaiah Jones to injury with their EFL Cup second leg with Chelsea coming up on Tuesday.

    Goals from Josh Sargent and Jonathan Rowe either side o the break against fifth-placed West Brom has Norwich up to eight and within two points of the play-off spots.

    Coventry City hold off a spirited Sheffield Wednesday to extend their unbeaten league run to nine games with victory against the Owls.

    Captain Ben Sheaf came up with both goals for the Sky Blues as they move up to sixth in the table.

    Defeat sees Sheffield Wednesday slip a spot to 23rd.

    QPR pick up a massive three points with their first win since early December.

    Ilias Chair gave the hosts the lead in the London derby before Sinclair Armstrong added the extras with five minutes of regular time left.

    It's been the Ryan Hardie show at Home Park as his double and an assist for Morgan Whittaker wrap up an eighth league home win of the season.

    Plymouth have now scored three goals or more 10 times at home this season.

    It's taken two wonderful goals from Jay Stansfield and Juninho Bacuna to continue Tony Mowbray's fine start as Birmingham City boss.

    Jordan Thompson managed to pull a goal back to set up a tense finish, but Blues hung on to move equal on points with the Potters.

    It ends all square at Ashton Gate.

    Tom Dele-Bashiru opened the scoring early for Watford from the penalty spot after Rob Dickie handled the ball in the box.

    Scott Twine then scored the equaliser midway through the first half with his first goal for Bristol City on his debut for the club since arriving on loan.

    The centre-half usually relies n his head for a goal, but almost scores an audacious volley from one side of the box to the other. It floats just wide.

    At the other end, Jo Rankin-Costello's blocked shot falls to Callum Brittain who fires over.

    The Robins have certainly created the better chances this second half and somehow have been denied

    Scott Twine's corners have been causing all kinds of problems. Rob Dickie connects with the set piece and sees his effort kept out on the line and then Cam Pring gets on the end of another Twine corner only to also be denied from close range.

    There is a frantic scramble in the box. Sheffield Wednesday throw everything at efforts to level in the final minutes, and Coventry manage to get away with one late on.

    In the end, Coventry goalkeeper Brad Collins paws the ball away from danger.
