    Port Vale have drawn level with Charlton Athletic from the penalty spot just before the break.

    It remains goalless between both Burton Albion against Wycombe Wanderers and Exeter City and Carlisle United.

    In League Two, in the battle of the promotion chasers Crewe Alexandra are 1-0 up on Mansfield Town thanks to a Joe White goal in the game's second minute.

    Crawley Town are 1-0 up on Bradford City through a Danilo Orsi header from close range.

    Swindon Town are having it mostly all their way against Danny Cowley's Colchester United and are out in front 2-1.

    Salford City have been pegged back and are all square 1-1 with Forest Green after their head coach Karl Robinson was shown a red card inside the opening 15 minutes of his first game as Salford boss.

    Barrow and Tranmere remains goalless.

    That came after Charlie Austin's penalty and Tom Brewitt's 43rd-minute goal had put Swindon well in the driving seat.

    Earlier, sixth-tier Maidstone knocked out League One side Stevenage, while Newcastle won the Wear-Tyne derby against Sunderland.
