  1. WSL table - how the bottom half standspublished at 12:06 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January

The bottom three of Brighton, West Ham and Bristol City are all in action today. Any one of them could be at the foot of the table come 21.00 GMT tonight.

Bristol City travel to Brighton, needing a win by a two goal margin to move above the Seagulls in the table.

A point would definitely get Lauren Smith's side above West Ham, who host Tottenham in the late game.

  2. WSL table - how the top half standspublished at 12:05 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January

Chelsea can restore their three point cushion at the top with victory over Manchester United today. Failure to do so will leave the title race looking very tight - especially if Manchester City then beat Liverpool.

From a Manchester United perspective, they need a win today to realistically keep any hopes of a first WSL title alive, surely.

  3. So far this weekend...published at 12:04 Greenwich Mean Time 21 January

There have been two matches already this weekend, as the WSL returns following the winter break.

On Friday night, Aston Villa won 1-0 away to Leicester with Rachel Daly scoring the only goal. Villa's victory was just their fourth in the league this season.

Then on Saturday, Arsenal beat Everton 2-1 to move level on points with Chelsea at the top of the table. Beth Mead, now back to full fitness, scored the winner in first half injury time.
