I'm expecting tenacity, fire, direct football and energy from Kathrine Kuhl for Everton.

She will be looking to be that go between for midfield and front line, she will link up with the forwards and get up the pitch.

I would not be surprised to see her involved in a goal or an assist today.

Villa are at sixes and sevens here. That goal came at a really poor time, they were just coming back into the game but Man Utd have looked a constant threat. Everything Parris touches at the moment goes into the back of the net.

A first half-chance for the hosts.

A long ball is misjudged by Leicester and Kathrine Kuhl is able to latch on it.

She takes on an early shot but skews it over the bar.

Leicester have started the brighter but are having to be patient in their build-up.

They attempt to send Lena Petermann through on goal but the angle of the pass isn't right and Courtney Brosnan come and smothers.

Aston Villa fail to intercept a United ball over the top and Lisa Naalsund is in space.

She carries the ball forward and sends it to Lucia Garcia, but Villa recover and defend desperately to block two efforts before clearing

What a strike by Garcia. She whips it in and it looks like it's going in the top corner but van Domselaar what a save! But it falls to Parris and she is on fire at the moment. She hits it on the half-volley into the back of the net.

Willie Kirk will know the difficult weather conditions here at Walton Hall Park well from his time here.

I think that is why he has brought in Lize Kop for Janina Leitzig in goal today.

She will keep the ball on the floor, try and encourage the team to play out from the back instead of battling those swirling winds with long balls up the pitch.

Leicester get forward and work an opportunity down the left but Courtney Brosnan is able to easily gather Shannon O'Brien's cross.

Lena Petermann was unmarked in the middle so that is a bit of a waste.

Both players take the knee and then the visitors get us under way.

It's blustery on Merseyside. Will that have any impact on the game?

Geyse beats Noelle Maritz on the right-hand side and drills the ball into the middle, but none of her teammates are there to meet it and the attack fizzles out.

United are definitely on top.

If you were to see the reverse game between these sides it was a smash and grab from Leicester.

Everton dominated, had the best of the chances and were hard done by not taking anything from the game.

Leicester were clincial and it was a vital win for them at the time, but they have struggled for goals and form since.

The players are out at Walton Park Hall.

Kick-off is just a few minutes away.

Lucia Garcia works well with Geyse and the latter cuts inside the box after receiving her through-ball.

She tries to knock it into the middle but her pass is intercepted by a Villa defender.

Aston Villa go forward for the first time in a while, but Kenza Dali strays offside as she picks up the ball out wide.

Lisa Naalsund is running towards the Aston Villa box and looks to create a chance.

She opts to switch the ball out wide, but she sends it behind for a goal-kick. Not what Naalsund would have wanted.

Megan Finnigan is absolutely key for Everton, she is their captain and is a real leader for the team.

When the side went to four at the back in midweek, she was not involved, and they were absolutely lost without her.

She comes up with vital goals for the side, none more so than the winner in the Merseyside derby at Anfield, and she is surprisingly still their top scorer this season.

Aston Villa started really well but since the goal, Man Utd have been a real handful.

Villa need to go back to being comfortable on the ball. Rachel Daly has not seen much of the ball.

Daphne van Domselaar is back to her feet and fine to continue.

Does that come as a surprise to anyone?

Everton boss Brian Sorensen talking to BBC Sport, about their 5-1 defeat to Leicester in midweek: "For me that was a training game, we played a bunch of young kids and some players that haven't played a lot. I don't read much into that, it is a totally different game to this. We're ready.

"I'm sure the win [at home] can come today. We've prepared well. I think they showed all their cards on Wednesday and we didn't show any."
