Sometimes on the touchline, you can't be calm, you've got to get forward. Villa invited pressure onto themselves and United have scored. A brilliant goal.

I don't know what United are doing when they are stood on the ball at the back, Maguire and Varane should be looking to get the ball forward quicker.

Normally a centre-back, Man Utd's Victor Lindelof has not had a good time of it since coming on at left-back for Luke Shaw, at the break.

Moussa Diaby gets in with Victor Lindelof well out of position but Villa's French winger curls wide.

What a chance that is. Andre Onana leaves a backtracking Diogo Dalot to clear a ball he could probably just scoop up, and the defender's hurried attempted volley falls straight at the feet of Douglas Luiz.
