Greenock Morton v Partick Thistle (15:00)

Cappielow arguably hosts the game of the day, with visitors Partick Thistle aiming to keep pace with the Championship leaders as they visit in-form Greenock Morton, who are unbeaten in eight games.

Thistle are nine points behind the top two but travel along with M8 having only lost once in their last eight games on the road and having won 4-1 there on their last visit in September.

    Raith Rovers v Queen's Park (15:00)

Queen's Park will hope the last seven days are a sign they have turned a corner.

They lifted themselves off the foot of the table with last Friday's 2-1 win over Dunfermline, moving above Arbroath on goal difference.

That ended a run of 15 games without a victory - and, since then, they have appointed Callum Davidson as replacement for sacked head coach Robin Veldman, with the former St Johnstone manager targeting promotion to the Premiership.

Former Hibernian and Motherwell chief executive Leeann Dempster also stepped down from that role with the Glasgow club.

    Raith Rovers v Queen's Park (15:00)

Despite the fact they can return to the top today, Rovers have been rocking a bit in recent weeks.

They have only won once in their latest four outings, lost away to Airdrieonians a week ago and are looking to avoid a third consecutive home draw.

Ian Murray's side would probably settle now for a third straight 3-2 win this season over Queen's Park.

FT: Inverness Caledonian Thistle 0-1 Dundee United

As mentioned earlier, Dundee United top the Championship after former Celtic striker Tony Watt's close-range finish with three minutes remaining away to Caley Thistle last night.

Jim Goodwin's side now lead Raith Rovers on goal difference.

Both sides have now played 20 games, but Ian Murray's team will be confident of re-establishing their lead at home to Queen's Park this afternoon.

You can watch the winning goal that left Caley Thistle boss Duncan Ferguson frustrated below.

  5. East End Park fails morning inspectionpublished at 14:07 Greenwich Mean Time 13 January

    Dunfermline Athletic P-P Airdrieonians

Despite the mild conditions, there's been one call off today in Scotland after what Dunfermline Athletic say was a "suspected undersoil heating system failure" at East End Park.

The pitch failed a 10:00 GMT inspection as "a large amount of water is currently sitting on the pitch".

The Pars, who have not won in five games, had been due to host Airdrieonians, who have overtaken the Fife side in the table in recent weeks.

A timely rest perhaps for James McPake's side. Read more here.
