This is how the fourth round draw looks right now. Only two teams from outside the top two tiers are definitely through - National League South Maidstone United and League Two Wrexham. It is a night for big coats and two pairs of socks at the Toughsheet Community Stadium. It is COLD.

There was heavy snow in the north-west overnight, but Bolton put out a statement early today saying the game was not in doubt. And while the temperatures have not raised, the snow has eased at least.

Bristol City earned this replay after securing a deserved draw against West Ham at London Stadium back on 7 January.

The Hammers wasted little time in moving through the gears against their Championship opponents, opening the scoring with just four minutes on the clock as Jarrod Bowen scored his 14th goal of the campaign.

But Bristol City grew into the game and equalised when academy graduate Tommy Conway found space behind the Hammers' backline before drilling home.

  4. Replays in Premier League winter break 'make no sense'published at 19:20 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January

West Ham striker Michail Antonio says having FA Cup replays during the Premier League winter break "makes no sense".

This round of Premier League games is split across two weekends - 12-14 and 20-22 January - to allow every team to have a week off.

As a consequence of the scheduling for FA Cup replays to take place between those two weekends, seven Premier League teams will now be playing during their break - including West Ham.

"Honestly I don't think there should be [FA Cup replays]. One game and done, or if you are going to play a second game it should never be in the winter break," Antonio said on The Footballer's Football Podcast.

"The whole point of having the winter break is to not play games. You are kind of contradicting it by putting a cup game in there. OK the break is in the Premier League, but no, a break should be a break, a break from football. So, either you play the one game and if it's a draw you go to penalties, or the replayed cup game should be after the break. It makes no sense throwing the game where there should be a winter break."

    Bolton v Luton (19.45 GMT)

It's been a rocky few years for Bolton, since relegation from the Premier League in 2012. They fell into administration, and all the way down to the fourth tier.

But under Ian Evatt, Bolton look to be heading back in the right direction. Now in League One, they reached the play-offs last season and currently sit fourth, on a run of four consecutive wins.

A first FA Cup victory over a Premier League side since beating Sunderland in 2013 would be another notable milestone for Evatt's Trotters.

The significance of the fourth-round draw might have been missed at first at a national level, but you can be sure it made tremors immediately in this region.

Nobody in this Wolves squad has ever won a Black Country derby – and by the way, there are quite a few people who take issue with it even being given that label, as if the fixture isn’t contentious enough.

Gary O'Neil and the players should know this: every Wolves fan they meet will tell them exactly how big a deal this replay has now become.

I am not convinced either side actually wanted a replay when they were pitted together in the third round but if anything it has benefitted the visitors.

Ben Mee is available again after suspension and Kristoffer Ajer has recovered from the foot injury that kept him out of the first game.

That said, Brentford could hardly be described as FA Cup specialists.

They have only gone beyond the fourth round once since 2006. Their last quarter final appearance was in 1989.

Bristol City boss Liam Manning took some of his first steps into management at West Ham as their Under-21s coach several years ago.

That connection means he will no doubt be desperate to knock out his former side and although the Robins played well in the initial fixture, they were beaten 2-0 by Preston in the Championship at the weekend.

Bristol City have not won in their last four games, with Tommy Conway's goal against West Ham the only one they've scored in that time.

“We can’t control what they’re going to do, what changes they’re going to make, everything you do is a prediction," Manning said,

"So, for me, it does shift back onto us, what are the positive things that we did, what are the new things that we might need to do. Especially the second half, how do we take the positivity, the conviction, the bravery, the directness that we showed and start the game like that."

  12. Bolton's tribute to fanpublished at 19:04 Greenwich Mean Time 16 January

    Bolton v Luton (19:45 GMT)

Bolton will pay tribute to supporter Iain Purslow during tonight's FA Cup third-round replay against Luton.

Purslow, who was 71, suffered a suspected cardiac arrest during Saturday’s League One match at home to Cheltenham and later died in hospital. The match was suspended in the 29th minute and subsequently abandoned as he was given CPR by medical staff and paramedics.

Members of his family will attend tonight's match at the Toughsheet Community Stadium, where players and stewards will wear black armbands and a minute’s silence will take place before kick-off.

A round of applause will also take place in the 71st minute of the match.

A club statement said: “Following what has been a difficult and distressing few days for all involved, the club would like to express its heartfelt thanks to those who were directly involved in the extensive efforts to save Iain’s life on Saturday afternoon, including Lee Parker, a photographer and former paramedic who was first on the scene, supporters Dr Simon Irving, Dr Syed Bokhari and James Bracegirdle, steward Gerald McManus and the club’s medical team and North West Ambulance Service’s medical staff.”

Eastleigh's home FA Cup replay against Newport is their "biggest ever" game, says ex-player Joe Partington.

The Hampshire non-league side will welcome Manchester United to the Silverlake Stadium if they defeat Newport County.

"It doesn't really get much better than that. It would be pretty special," adds Partington, who played more than 150 games for the club over three spells.

"Just imagine having Manchester United, regardless of what team they pick, just them as a club, their supporters, their management team, all knocking shoulders with everyone at Eastleigh.

"It's very difficult to imagine because it's so surreal. You wouldn't anticipate it would ever happen, but it's only 90 minutes away from the most amazing game the club has ever had."

BBC Sport at Toughsheet Community Stadium

Having enjoyed a reunion at Kenilworth Road, Bolton boss Ian Evatt comes face to face once again with a former team mate in Luton manager Rob Edwards.

The pair played together at Blackpool for three seasons, including in the Tangerines' Premier League campaign of 2010-11.

"Knowing their manager like I do, I'm not surprised how they have taken on the challenge [of playing in the Premier League]," Evatt says in his matchday programme notes.

"Rob is someone I played with at Blackpool and respect greatly as a coach, manager and friend.

"That said, I'd love to get past him tonight and I thought our performance in the first meeting at Kenilworth Road shows that we are more than capable."
