It's about identifying games you can get something from for Nottingham Forest, today is a free shot - use your crowd to maybe get something from the game.

I think they will have enough to stay up, but Nuno Espirito Santo needs that summer to sort the squad out as it does feel like it has been a worry for them this season.

  2. 'We aren't far away from our next win'published at 14:42 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

Everton manager Sean Dyche speaking to BBC: "I don't think we are miles away from our next win. We have had a lot of points without getting that win. The clarity of it [the reduction of the points deduction shows 'ok, that's where the league table is' so let's go."

On his team selection and facing West Ham: "Dom [Calvert-Lewin] has been working very well and Beto has been champing at the bit so it's case of giving him the chance and also giving Dom a break.

"We have to be aware of their attacking side of the game and also focus on us and what we want to do."

Happy to see Joe Gomez in the midfield. The first goal is coming soon, but it'll be sweeter if he scores the winner against Man City next week.

I think Glasner is a good appointment. I think there is longevity in it and it is an appointment that punches quite high.

He will bring a front-footed attacking style of play to Crystal Palace which I think represents that community well.

  5. 'Liverpool have got the whole package'published at 14:39 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

Nottingham Forest v Liverpool (15:00 GMT)

    Rob Green
Former England goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

Liverpool have got the whole package.

Listening to Jurgen Klopp, he said: 'they [young players] are so down to earth'.

That comes from the research and it's the due diligence that they have done, that is what the academies are doing now and that is because of the investment which has happened over the years .Liverpool are now reaping the rewards.

  6. 'What more do West Ham Fans want?'published at 14:38 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

Everton v West Ham (15:00 GMT)

    Glenn Murray
Former Brighton striker on Football Focus

West Ham won a Europe Conference League and they are around eighth in the Premier League. What more do you want?

They had Manuel Pellegrini who is more of an attractive proposition [than David Moyes] and then didn't win with him. It's that balance of appeasing fans. You win a trophy and still can't get backed.

  7. 'Finish the season strong'published at 14:36 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

Tottenham v Crystal Palace (15:00 GMT)

    Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou on whether reaching the Champions League is Spurs' goal this season: "Our aims are nothing different to the start of the year - to try to keep progressing our football, to finish the season strong, keep developing our players and our game style.

"We will see where that takes us this year and more importantly, where it takes us in years to come."

On facing Crystal Palace with a new manager: "That is always a little bit challenging because whenever a new manager comes in things adjust naturally. It usually has a positive effect and we saw that last week."

  8. 'Tough season for Newcastle'published at 14:35 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Newcastle v Wolves (15:00 GMT)

    Alan Shearer
Former England and Newcastle striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

The cup draws have been dreadful for Newcastle starting with the Champions League, the difficulty of it when you are new to it was tough. Then there was the Carabao Cup, you get Man City at home then Man Utd away - it has been a tough season for them.

Newcastle have got to be sensible in the decisions they make, I hope they have patience with Eddie Howe.

Howe has shown what he can do it, he will do well if they [Newcastle's board] have that patience with him. This season was always going to be a levelling off, as last season was a massive over-achievement.

  9. 'Great memories'published at 14:34 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

Everton v West Ham (15:00 GMT)

    West Ham United

West Ham boss David Moyes on returning to Everton where he spent 11 years as manager: "They gave me a start and the chance to make mistakes. We grew the club, and I hope people will look back and think we did well.

"The biggest thing I took from my time there was the players. We had brilliant players, who were brilliant to work with. I have great memories of that place, and I'm looking forward to going back."

A first chance today to see how an Oliver Glasner's Crystal Palace team are going to set up when on the road.

It looks like it’ll be the same shape as last week against Burnley, and with Eberechi Eze back in the team too, Palace have a player who should fit very comfortably into Glasner’s preferred formation.

It has to be Ange at Spurs. He walked it to a club in a huge mess, lost a club legend a day before the start of the season. Dealt with a horrendous injury list, has got the fans back on side, talks brilliantly to the press and plays good football. I'm not sure one person has had a bigger impact at a club in such a short space of time. Truly incredible work.

  12. Another late winner for Origi?published at 14:30 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

Nottingham Forest v Liverpool (15:00 GMT)

Divock Origi will forever be remembered by Liverpool fans for his goal against Tottenham in the 2019 Champions League final and the late winner against Everton in 2018.

Jurgen Klopp will be hoping he doesn't pop up with any late winners today.

Origi, 28, has been on loan at Nottingham Forest from AC Milan since September and starts against the Reds.

Manager of the year is dependent on end of season results. If Liverpool win the league, it has to be Klopp. Villa in Champions League? Has to be Emery. Luton stay up? Rob Edwards a massive shout. Gary O'Neil has done really well, but not sure about manager of the year.

  14. 'Brighton need to find consistency'published at 14:27 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Fulham v Brighton (15:00 GMT)

    Simon Stone
Chief football news reporter, BBC Sport

With Brighton's game with Manchester City on 17 March postponed, given Pep Guardiola's side are in the FA Cup quarter-finals, the Seagulls know their international break will begin early, after the second leg of the Europa League last-16 tie with Roma.

Those two eagerly awaited meetings with the Italians are taking a lot of the focus just now. But, arguably, the Premier League games against Fulham and Nottingham Forest that split them are equally as important.

Brighton need to find the consistency that has been missing.

Jack Harrison was the first Everton player to arrive and told me the points reduction news earlier this week gave the dressing room “a boost” as well as much needed “clarity”.

He also added today is a “huge opportunity” to get three points.

Tomas Soucek made me wait slightly longer for his pre-match interview because he wanted to check out the pitch. The feedback: “It’s wet”.

As for the challenge of Everton the midfielder told me West Ham are expecting a lot of “long balls and fight” from Sean Dyche’s side.

For me it's Virgil van Dijk [for player of the season]. It's tight. I think Declan Rice has been amazing and Ollie Watkins has been amazing in terms of goals and assists.

If Rodri didn't play for Manchester City, they wouldn't win the league. If you do win best player then you should involve winning trophies. It's important.

With Van Dijk and Rice, they're right there.

re:Andy 13:59 - that can’t be used as an excuse, Spurs managed to build a far larger stadium in a far more expensive part of the country and never came close to falling foul of financial rules. Everton are paying the price for being a terribly run club for the past 20 years.

  19. 'The most challenging run of Frank's spell'published at 14:19 Greenwich Mean Time 2 March

    Brentford v Chelsea (15:00 GMT)

    Phil Parry
    BBC Radio London

Purely from a results point of view and leaving aside any assessment of performance, it is fair to say the current run is the most challenging of Thomas Frank's spell in charge of Brentford

Yes, he did win just one of his first 10 games as the boss back in 2018, but this run of two wins in 12 in the Premier League - losing the other 10, plus a cup exit thrown in - just feel more challenging.

The Bees have a tough-looking March, the trip to Burnley aside. There is a feeling the nerves may jangle for a little longer before fears of getting pulled into a real relegation fight get alleviated.

Surely if Everton stay up manager of the season is Sean Dyche? Ten point deduction to deal with, another one on the horizon, useless owners and the club in turmoil. A thin squad that started the season riddled with injuries. Only able to buy after selling assets.
