It has been a really good watch. The game has lived up to the hype. These are two really good teams.

It is such a fascinating watch and I really do believe that both managers will be going in quite happy with what they have seen.

This opens your eyes to a different level of football. There is no one watching this who will want either of these teams in the quarter-finals.

You have not been able to take your eyes off this. There are two teams that are going hammer and tongs and when one goes forward the other retreats.

You can see there are two managers who have very clear gameplans.

Dortmund were brilliant for half an hour but looked tired from there on in. PSV have come back into the game and with only one goal in it we could be going all the way...

A chance, and a really tough one but good one for PSV, who are ending the half well. Skipper Luuk de Jong is found in the middle only about six yards out but the ball is at an awkward height. Too low to head, a bit too high to volley, he tries an Olivier Giroud-style backheel flick and predictably finds the stands.

Donyell Malen gets the ball out wide, beats his man and immediatley fires in a shot from a horrid angle. For a split second the Yellow Wall thinks he's scored a blinder but he's in fact thundered a shot into the side-netting.

First yellow card is to Atletico's Mario Hermoso for a foul in midfield.

Jadon Sancho isn't the first and won't be the last big signing to not work out for one of the mega clubs. You do wonder where he'll be playing next season though.

I'm sure he could do a lot worse than stay at Dortmund, who are flagging a bit as we approach the half-time whistle. Paying the price for a blistering opening half hour?
