Arsenal in control, not really being threatened by Bayern. A golden chance is only a matter of moments away.

Definitely not the chaotic matches we had last night. This is edgy. Both teams are patiently building. There's not many risks being taken.

Real scorer Rodrygo is down injured. Play goes on around him until the ball naturally goes out of play.

Pep Guardiola was screaming for Rodri to get the ball out wide to Jack Grealish.

The Spain midfielder responded, Grealish ran at Dani Carvajal, who blatantly blocked the City man off and was booked.

It seems to me, Guardiola has spotted a key weakness in the Real Madrid defence. That booking will probably make the home side get the ball to Grealish even more.

Real Madrid's Vinicius Jr is lucky not to be booked for a lunge on Jack Grealish.

Man City 0-1 Real Madrid (agg: 3-4)

Real Madrid defender Dani Carvajal will miss the semi-final first leg if his team get there as he's booked for fouling Jack Grealish.

He indicates to the referee he thinks Grealish dived.

Arsenal are getting more chances now. Kai Havertz tries to pick out Martin Odegaard in the box but it's intercepted just in time.

Declan Rice had won it back just outside the box with an excellent challenge.

I think we all got spoiled last week. Tonight in comparison is too safe. Both sets of teams are too nervous. No one wants to make a mistake.

Manchester City are putting the pressure on here and have another chance.

Erling Haaland finds Jack Grealish, whose shot is blocked well by Antonio Rudiger and goes into the side-netting.

A heated moment between the two sides there.

Bayern tried to take a throw in while the whole Arsenal team were getting instructions from Arteta but the referee stopped play.

Bayern play a short corner and Raphael Guerreiro's cross smacks Bukayo Saka in the face.

He's OK after a few minutes. Bayern then try to take a quick throw-in, after appearing to be given the all-clear from the referee, but it's called back with Arsenal's players not ready having walked over to the touchline for a chat with Mikel Arteta.

    There's complaints from both sides.

Joshua Kimmich slips it through to Jamal Musiala, who had got in behind Takehiro Tomiyasu but it's a decent tackle from William Saliba to concede a corner.
