Already a clash of styles is apparent.

Manchester City are trying to play quick, close passing. Real Madrid are attempting to be more direct, and stretch the play, wide and long to make maximum use of their pace.

Pep Guardiola and Carlo Ancelotti are both stood on the edge of their technical area, trying to move their players into the right positions.

First chance of the game. City's attack seems to have woken Real up and Eduardo Camavinga's 25-yard shot is straight at Ederson, who missed the first leg.

Decent effort from Gabriel Martinelli. It's fizzed into his feet, he shifts to his right and bends it towards the far corner from long range.

It's always heading wide but not by much.

First proper City attack but Kevin de Bruyne's low cross from the right is a simple catch for Real keeper Andriy Lunin.

It's really misty and wet in Bayern so the conditions are difficult. A few players have slipped over already and the ball isn't moving too quickly.

It has him adorning the 192 bus, which runs from Hazel Grove, through his native Stockport, to Manchester city centre.
