I don't know if Connor Roberts is struggling slightly, he hasn't looked to me as if he's wanted to get on the ball very much, he's certainly not getting as high, which could be the game plan.

He doesn't seem himself at the minute.

Wales clear a cross before it reaches Robert Lewandowski.

Bit of loose play in midfield from Wales, they can't afford to give the Barca forward a sniff, as Harry WIlson warned pre-match.

What an opportunity for Wales, Harry Wilson has done everything right there, you just need someone in a red shirt to make a gamble and get in that area.

    Great play from Wales.

Poland are just breaking the Welsh lines a bit too easily for my liking.

The midfield from Wales just need to be more aware of the movement from the front Polish line.

    Lovely run from Harry Wilson.

    Bale-esque.

He hits the byline and pokes the ball across goal, but no Wales player was as alert as he was.

Wales then see Joe Rodon flick-on a long throw from Connor Roberts, but Kieffer Moore could only hook the ball over from a very acute angle.

    Better from Wales.

When Robert Lewandowski is dropping in to the pockets, Wales need to make sure he's not got too much room, you can't leave a player of that quality that much space in the centre of your midfield or deep attacking areas.

    This game is extremely tense.

A moment of magic, a mistake, a refereeing decision, it looks like a contest that will be settled by fine margins.

You want those threats from the corner, even when you don't score, get the crowd excited and put the goalkeeper on the back foot.

Another Wales corner and this time Kieffer Moore does win the ball, but he heads miles wide.

Cross or attempt at goal, he got that one wrong.

Jordan James has filled the void that Joe Allen left when he retired.

He's come in seamlessly, he's very good on the ball, he likes to receive the ball in dangerous areas.

He's made such a difference to this Wales team.

Poland have settled in to it within the last five to ten minutes or so, Wales struggling to win the ball back, they need to be better on the ball, they are not going to get much of it.

Long balls up to Kieffer Moore are all well and good but there is only so much he can do, especially when the defenders are all over him. We have to be clever with how we are going to go about this game.

Harry Wilson's corner just misses Kieffer Moore but Ben Davies does get a header at goal, but it's just over.

Wales' first chance comes from a set-piece.

Jakub Piotrowski fires miles over the crossbar in an effort that would have been better at the Arms Park, where it will probably end up.

    But worrying signs for Wales.

First chance and it is for the visitors.

Przemyslaw Frankowski's cross is picture perfect, but Karol Swiderski just misses the far corner as he attempted to poke home on the stretch.

    Extremely cagey start.

This is two boxers looking and waiting and sussing each other out.

When we win the ball we've got to be a lot more clever with it and keep possession better.

If the Nations League meeting between these teams in 2022 is anything to go by, Poland will try whatever they can in the big book of 'dark arts' to gain an edge.

Kieffer Moore can expect his Polish opponents to go ground anytime he so much as looks in their direction.
