    Oh no.

    Another disallowed goal for Chelsea.

Mauricio Pochettino can't quite believe it. He doesn't know whether to laugh or cry.

Craig Pawson was told to go and take a look at the pitchside monitor by the video assistant referee and he has decided that Benoit Badiashile committed a foul when winning the ball at the far post.

Substitute Axel Disasi has surely won it.

The corner is delivered deep to the far post and Benoit Badiashile keeps the ball alive, flicking it back across goal. Disasi heads it on to the bar and it crosses the line with the help of goalkeeper Robin Olsen.

  3. CLOSE!published at 90+4 mins

    Aston Villa 2-2 Chelsea

Cole Palmer is so close to snatching all three points for Chelsea.

Again Aston Villa are guilty of giving it away in defence and Palmer charges through on goal but he sees his effort saved behind for a corner.

  4. Postpublished at 90 +4 mins

    Aston Villa 2-2 Chelsea

Has either side got a winner in them?

It really has been a strange game. Aston Villa have scored twice but otherwise haven't really offered anything else to the game.

You couldn't begrudge Chelsea a winner if they snatched it.

  5. Postpublished at 90 + 3 mins

    Aston Villa 2-2 Chelsea

It's taken short and wasted as Conor Gallagher loses the ball on the edge of the box.

Chuck it in the mixer at this stage!

Cesare Casadei is straight into the action as he bursts forward down the left and he's brought down by Diego Carlos.

Chelsea have a chance to swing one in the box here.

Frustrating to see Villa once again losing a 2 goal lead. Emery needs to address this quicky as it's the main weakness in what has been an excellent season.

    OH!

    Ollie Watkins.

The one man Aston Villa would want over this opportunity has blazed it over the crossbar.

It's a lovely cutback from the right hand side by Matty Cash, perfectly into the feet of Watkins who gets under the ball from 12 yards.

Will he get a better chance?

That's the definition of taking one for the team.

39-year-old Thiago Silva uses all of his experience to halt a promising Aston Villa counter-attack and rightfully goes into the book.

Villa have been passive in this second half.

Their style of play is to lure teams onto them and hit on the counter but once you get into that pattern it is hard to drag yourselves out of it.

They need to show more now, push Chelsea back the other way.

Brilliant from Conor Gallagher. He has been absolutely terrific in this second half.

Villa just stood off him, encouraging him to take the shot on. No one is closing him down so he has a go and what a terrific finish that is.

Chelsea deserve to be on level terms.

    Conor Gallagher

    WOW!

What a way to mark your 50th Premier League start for your boyhood club.

Conor Gallagher is afforded far too much space and time on the edge of the box and he picks his spot perfectly, curling the ball beyond a despairing Robin Olsen into the top left corner.

    That is a special finish.

Can Chelsea go and grab a winner?

  20. Postpublished at 80 mins

    Aston Villa 2-1 Chelsea

Chelsea's goal came after Aston Villa were guilty of messing around with the ball on the edge of their own box.

They almost lose it again as Pau Torres turns into danger and this time referee Craig Pawson gets him off the hook by awarding a free kick.
