"Hamilton was six-tenths faster than Rosberg on the last lap - it does seem that he is controlling this pretty well."
Valtteri Bottas is back into the points as he picks off Marcus Ericsson.
Meanwhile, Lewis Hamilton is putting the pressure on to Nico Rosberg, his latest lap is more than half a second faster than his team-mate's effort and the gap currently stands at 4.6s.

"The degradation of tyres should be getting better because of this cloud cover - without the sun the track temperature is starting to come down."
Ominous looking clouds have positioned themselves above Spa now. Is the rain coming?
Fernando Alonso is informed over the radio that rain is "100km away" but a shower could arrive before the end.
Phillip Murphy: Brilliant drive from Grosjean so far.
Nick Bennetts: Those dark clouds rolling in towards Rivage look promising.
Jack of all trades: I wonder where Rosberg would be if he didn't have a bad start? P1? He appears to have the better race pace. Especially on the prime.
Lewis Hamilton advantage over Nico Rosberg is now down to 2.2s as we pass the halfway mark in the race.
Lewis Hamilton: "Nico's definitely closed since the VSC."
Cars are supposed to hold their position and not gain any time on each other during the virtual safety car.
Lots of pit stops as a result of that stop for Daniel Ricciardo. Romain Grosjean, from third, Felipe Massa and Max Verstappen are among the drivers to head in.
The virtual safety car is signalled and it is for Daniel Ricciardo's Red Bull. He suffers what looks like system failure at the Bus Stop chicane. His race is over.
Romain Grosjean is right on Sergio Perez's tail, He gets the green light over team radio to attack and obliges, sweeping past through Eau Rouge and he is into third. Podium on the cards?

"The error with Bottas's tyres is very frustrating for everyone and not least head of performance Rob Smedley, who says that Williams have to cut out errors like this if they are to become a top team."
So it is business as usual up top as Lewis Hamilton leds Nico Rosberg. Hamilton's lap seems him round in 1:55.241, with Rosberg's lap at 1:55.451.
Not much between them and the German is going to need to find something extra, with the gap currently 3.3s.
"We'll carry on like this: right rear is prime, all others are option," Valtteri Bottas is informed over team radio, confirming he will continue with one medium tyre and three soft tyres on his Williams.
Interesting...

"Hamilton needs to mind the gap to Rosberg. It was just 3.4 seconds last time around. Ideally you want as big a gap as possible."
