"What an amazing moment this could be for Lotus, after all the troubles they've had. Grosjean is definitely on target for a podium."
Daniil Kvyat, on relatively fresh soft tyres, has gained a couple of places, profiting from Max Verstappen's stop to climb into eighth and then picks off Kimi Raikkonen on the Kemmel straight.
In the battle for third, Romain Grosjean is just 0.8s behind Sebastian Vettel. Could he...?
Kyle McLaren: Rain is coming - this could shake the field.
Monza Allen: It would be a victory within itself if Vettel can do this in a 1 stop.

"I'm not sure that Ferrari have got a chance of a podium right now."
Carlos Sainz is circulating at the back of the field and Toro Rosso decide to call time on his race.
Meanwhile, there is a bit of a fight developing for the final podium place, with Sebastian Vettel - currently third - 2.4s ahead of Romain Grosjean.
After their final stops, Lewis Hamilton leads Nico Rosberg by five seconds at the front of the race.
Back down in 13th is Fernando Alonso, who is told over McLaren team radio that a shower has developed 40km away.
Nine laps to go.
With those stops for the Mercedes pair everyone has been in at least twice except for Sebastian Vettel, as he continues to pound those medium tyres and hold on to third. Can he keep this up until the end?

"At certain tracks, the DRS is so powerful you almost resign yourself that you are going to be overtaken."
Lewis Hamilton accepts Mercedes' call and heads in for softs before heading back out. Nico Rosberg then heads in, taking on softs also.
Everyone ahead of Daniil Kvyat is on the medium tyres. Lewis Hamilton is told to box and he is about to head in for his second, and what should be his final, stop.
"Maybe one more," says Hamilton. "Negative Lewis this is the fastest race. Nico will take the stop otherwise," is the reply.
Daniil Kvyat goes fastest of anyone in the middle sector and no surprises to see him gaining on Valtteri Bottas. He attacks on the Kemmel Straight and breezes into ninth place.
Laura Wright: Can't have Spa without rain...come on!
Nick Denham : We are due a close up of a screen showing rain radar...
J Mo : Needs some rain.
Sebastian Vettel (currently third): "Think about another stop - it would make sense."
