A familiar sight as the cars line up at the exit of the pitlane yet again.

I could have just copied and pasted my entry from the last time the session was restarted.

Daniel Ricciardo's race engineer informs the Australian about what happened.

"That was Massa on his outlap. Into the bazzers."

Replays show Massa simply lost it on the wet kerbs on the exit of Turn Four, the Williams skewing sideways and hitting the barriers on the inside of the track.

"I've crashed - unbelievable," say Massa on the radio.

    Believe it, Felipe.

I wasn't hungry at lunchtime, thought I'd wait until after qualifying.

    Regretting that decision now.

Red flag - againpublished at 13:59 British Summer Time 23 July 2016

We've got a damaged Williams by the side of the track. Felipe Massa has had a shunt and yet again the red flag is deployed.

Two rain delays before we even started, and now three red flags in Q1. Are we in record-breaking territory here?

There's every chance we could see dry conditions towards the end of Q3 but will anyone risk inters in the next nine minutes?

Marcus Ericsson had a very big accident at Silverstone and he had to spend a few days recuperating at a special sports facility. He's OK, but that won't have done his neck much good at all.
