That looks terminal. I'm surprised the engineer didn't say to pull over.
There was a wisp of smoke coming out of the air intake of his car.
Concerningly, it was lots of blue smoke.
It looks pretty serious.

Not a complete spectacular engine failure but he is told to return back to the pit lane...
He doesn't quite make it and has to pull over and jumps out of the car...

It's great to see Ferrari in their 70th anniversary year to be able to take this fight to Mercedes.
Both Williams drivers, Massa and Stroll are on the team radio complaining their grip levels are low.
Sort of what happens when you are driving in the desert on a very sandy track...
