On to Monaco next in just two weeks. Bring it on.

Emotion on and off the track.

This, as they say, was the moment that broke the internet as a young Ferrari fan devastated after Kimi Raikkonen retired on the first lap was invited into the team's motorhome to meet his hero.

    Brilliant.

Was this the best move in the race? I think it was. Sebastian Vettel's double dummy on Valtteri Bottas was something else.

Fine margins once again. Qualifying and the race both went Lewis Hamilton's way but on another day it could have easily gone Sebastian Vettel's.

Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff: It was a very tough race with the strategy and the driver coming together. It would have been best to take that pit stop a lap earlier, but in the end it doesn't matter. It is very good and very satisfying.

Asked if Lewis Hamilton is 'back': He never went away.

Sebastian Vettel, who finished second: I was pushing. I had a really good start. Lewis and myself picked up wheelspin straight away, I pulled the clutch in and could gain on him. I stayed ahead and then got into a nice rhythm.

On battle with Lewis Hamilton: "I tried to brake as late as possible into Turn 1, locked up, but managed to stay ahead. Then when  I was alone he flew past down the straight. A shame but it was a nice race.

Race winner Lewis Hamilton: I want to say thank you to the crowd for the warm welcome and the support. It did not start off the greatest when I first came, but my appreciation for the country and its people has grown.

That is how racing should be today. Seb was really fast. The start was not good enough, I got a bit of wheelspin. I will have to talk to my guys about that.

On the turn one contact with Vettel: I felt like I ran out of road and I was on the outside but that is racing and I wouldn't have changed it for the world.
