Hamilton's advantage should be enough to see him through to the finish line and cut Vettel's lead in the standings to six points.

Second place here would not be the worst finish for Sebastian Vettel.
It would keep up his consistent run of finishes so far this season, he would be still be ahead in the standings and he could ease off on the engine - which they are down on already - to preserve it for the rest of the season.
That might be the most prudent course of action.
Sebastian Vettel gets held up behind Felipe Massa. The Brazilian had left a gap but Vettel outbraked himself. That's cost Vettel a whole second, and maybe even the win...

Everyone up to Daniel Ricciardo has been lapped by Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel.
"Is a three-stop likely," asks Hamilton.
"No that is now off the table with just eight laps remaining," is the reply.
Lewis Hamilton's advantage over Sebastian Vettel is now over four seconds, although Vettel just went two tenths quicker on the last lap. The Ferrari could be about to start closing in...

The gap is up to 3.8 seconds with 10 laps to go.
Pascal Wehrlein, currently seventh, is still holding off the Toro Rosso of Carlos Sainz as he looks to cement a second points finish of his career.
The young Ferrari fan who was in tears after Kimi Raikkonen's retirement has been invited into the Ferrari motorhome to watch the rest of the race with the Finn.
He seems thrilled. Kimi almost breaks a smile himself...

Fernando Alonso has dropped down to 15th now. This race isn't going as he would have hoped but he is, at least, still racing. Alonso is aiming to finish a grand prix for the first time this season.

The tension is building and Maurizio Arrivabene takes a break from the pitwall to stretch his legs and collect himself ahead of what is likely to be a dramatic finish.
Lewis Hamilton is continuing to build the gap, he 2.2 seconds ahead of Sebastian Vettel, who Mercedes think is on a three-stop.
