So much of the Grand Prix rests on qualifying as it’s not an easy track to overtake on - so for Hamilton in his home race, he needs to do it now.

Red Bull are in their own battle for fifth and sixth here.
Jeremiah Kariuki: Possibly it is not Vettel who has a pain in the neck. He is in the pain Hamilton's neck.

Secretive from Williams as they push one of their cars down the pit lane, with a cloth covering its modesty.
Another woeful qualifying for them. Lance Stroll could not set a time after getting stuck in the gravel and team-mate Sergey Sirotkin was the slowest of the 18 drivers that set a time.
Daniel Ricciardo is reporting that he has DRS problems. He's sixth as it stands. Five minutes to go.

Lewis Hamilton, having got himself up to speed, sets off on a proper flying lap. Brace yourselves...
Lewis Hamilton's father Anthony has been speaking to BBC Radio 5 live pit lane reporter Jennie Gow about his son's prospects for the weekend.
"I’m happy to be here, I don’t stress about it any more which is pretty unique. If he was struggling, I would be worried but I’m not. I want him to win, but I’m at that stage of my life where I just want to keep my heart ticking along.
"This is the biggest race for him; all he can think about is winning a home race at Silverstone.
"I don’t want to get in his head space. There is a huge amount of pressure this weekend and doesn’t need any more from his dad.
"I feel relaxed I know the public are out there wishing him well around each bend and when he sees them all on the TV that will give him a lift."
Twelve minutes - who gets pole?
Don't mention the you-know-what...
Loekie Privat: Quick shower for Marcus Ericsson and then in front of the telly for the next few hours.
No idea what you're talking about...
Chris Walker: Well, despite what I said earlier I bet Frank Williams is thinking “I should have stayed at home and watched the football”. Feel for him!
I mentioned the football once, Chris, but I think I got away with it.

"Strange end to that session, with Ocon scraping through."
Carlos Sainz, eliminated in Q1, has been speaking to Sky Sports and blaming Kevin Magnussen for his disappointment: "I think it was Kevin who made a mistake in front of me by locking up the tyres so I couldn't see Turn Three. But we are fighting to Q2 today - and normally we are fighting to get into Q3, so that is something we have to look at."
The five drivers eliminated in Q2 - and so taking places 11 to 15 on the grid tomorrow - are Nico Hulkenberg, Sergio Perez, Fernando Alonso, Pierre Gasly and Marcus Ericsson.
