Lap 26/67
This may be last German Grand Prix in Germany for a while and it is not the thrilling grand prix we were all hoping for so far. But we've said that before and there has been some safety car carnage.

Sergio Perez has been having a great race in the Force India. But that's a horror show of a pit stop with the delay on the front right - and he emerged into a melee.
He has been jumped by Romain Grosjean. Perez has come out on soft tyres, but he's got to pass Grosjean all over again.
Lap 25/67
Chris Walker: It’s looking like the reverse gird scenario is the future for F1. Much more interesting seeing the big boys fight from the back!
Nick H: The way that RIC has sliced past ALO and cleared off by 6-secs must only reinforce the message that the Renault customer unit is fine... its McLaren that are the problem.. Can't even run two cars!
Lap 24/67
Perez was sixth, a dodgy pitstop has dropped him down to 15th. Frustrating times for the Mexican.
Lap 23/67
A few pitstops from others has catapulted Daniel Ricciardo up to seventh. That's 12 places he has climbed, Lewis Hamilton has climbed nine to fifth, with Sergio Perez advancing four places from his starting spot of 10th to sixth.
Lap 22/67
The top three are on the ultrasofts, Kimi Raikkonen in fourth and Lewis Hamilton in fifth are still on the softs. Raikkonen, remember, has already come in.
Lap 22/67
Kimi Raikkonen: "Should I try to look after the left rear? It's getting a bit hot."
Ferrari: "It's fine like this, Kimi. It's fine like this."
Lap 21/67
I think we are in the 'praying for rain' territory here.
Lap 21/67
Daniel Ricciardo moves up into the points. A fine move on Charles Leclerc, the Sauber man tries to fight back but the Red Bull man is just too good, too fast.
At least a point for the Australian after moving up from 19th.
This was one of his earlier moves...

Bottas' times are tumbling. Presumably his tyres are going. I think when he pits, he's going to come out behind Raikkonen.
Mercedes are presumably planning a one-stop, and are banking on Raikkonen making two stops. Mercedes are not worried about Raikkonen.
Lap 19/67
Remember, Kimi Raikkonen is the only man to have come in so far. Twenty started, 20 still out there.
Ash Wilkinson: Well we can definitely call those tactics from Ferrari interesting. Kimi switching to a “block Hamilton” strategy.

What of Daniel Ricciardo, you ask? Well, he is now up to 12th. Fernando Alonso waves the white flag and jumps out of the way as Ricciardo cruises past him.

Was that a tactical move by Ferrari - pit Kimi Raikkonen early so he stays ahead of Lewis Hamilton?
As we get close to the pit stop window, Hamilton has to put the pressure on.
Lap 16/67
Might not be any change in the top six for a while.
