    Do Mercedes want to cover off Sergio Perez and then just focus on Max Verstappen? Verstappen has a long way to go on his mediums. They have to hope that Hamilton on the hards will come charging at him in the closing stages.

    Mercedes have got to keep going now. Rack up the laps on the medium, let Max Verstappen use up his medium then you can go and attack him, when his tyres are not the best.

    Lewis Hamilton spoke about issue with his Mercedes after qualifying on Saturday and he's back on the radio again reporting further troubles. Hamilton is five seconds ahead of his Silver Arrows buddy George Russell.
