Well, sadly, all good things come to an end and we have come to the end of the 2016 FA People’s Cup.

It has been a brilliant day in Sheffield. The winners of all 11 categories have been decided and most importantly a whole load of laughs, fun and great moments.

All that is left now is for those winners basking in glory to have that once in a lifetime moment at Wembley.

On the May 21 2016 they will be presented with their FA People’s Cup trophy during the FA Cup final.

I'd lastly like to thank all our reporters in Sheffield and most importantly all of you for taking part and getting involved and truly making this The People's FA Cup.

Hunters are the adult male champions for the second year in a row after beating Preston Revolution on penalties.

The match had to be decided on spot kicks after the match ended 1-1 in regulation time.

Captain Daniel Beszat put the defending champions in front, finishing off a neat three-man move.

But the Revolution hit back, and both sides appeared to settle for penalties.

Hunters keeper Michael Dill saved the crucial penalty before Jamie Leggett scored for the Hunters to take the Cup home for a second year.

Hunters are crowned FA People's Cup Adult Male Champions.

What a way to finish today's matches. Heartbreaking for Preston Revolution to lose.

All players took their spot kicks and with one miss apiece we started again. A low strike into the bottom left corner seals it.

"I told you it was ours," one of the victorious players shouts.

    Hunters are going to Wembley.

Grimsby Ancient Mariners 1-0 Sheffield United

    Nelson Kumah

Here's Nelson's match report from Grimsby Ancient Mariners victory.

Grimsby Ancient Mariners are the walking football champions after edging a tight and sometimes bad-tempered affair.

Chances were at a premium and neither keeper was forced into too much action but this proved to be one of the hardest-fought and most intense final of the day.

Roy Gladwell's toe-poked finish proved the difference as the Mariners pounced on a defensive mistake with five minutes left on the clock.

The Mariners just about deserved it and might have doubled their lead late on but will get their walk to Wembley regardless.
