They started as one of thousands of teams who entered, but now just eight U16 girls teams remain.
Here is the draw for today's action which began at 10:20.
The winners of each group will play each other for the chance to walk out on that hallowed Wembley turf at 13:00.

Here are the teams who will begin their quest for glory.
As with all but one of the groups today, the teams will play in a round robin format before the winners of each group will meet in the final and the champions are crowned.
The Boys U14 final will take place at 12:00.

What is all the fuss about?
People's Cup glory and a trip to Wembley that is what.
Over 35,000 players entered England's biggest free five-a-side tournament at the first round stage, but now we are at the final hurdle, just the finalists remain.
Today those finalists meet in Sheffield for the Grand Final, competing across 11 different categories, from U14 Girls to Adult Disability, Walking Football to U16 Boys.
And all of the teams are battling for the same thing, tickets to the Emirates FA Cup final in May, where they'll be presented their FA People's Cup trophy at half-time.
