    It's looking good for Wigan in the Disability Championship as they secure a 4-1 victory against Troon AFC.

    We met Frank earlier (12:48 BST), a passionate coach who knows what this competition means to his players.

    Here he is offering some sound advice after their latest victory.

    Excellent sports(wo)manship from Plymouth as well there. They shook hands with all of the victorious Sprowston team as they came off.
