1. Very Wood (P Carberry) 33-1
2. Deputy Dan (L Aspell) 10-1
3. Apache Jack (B J Geraghty) 20-1
4. Champagne West 14-1
Lovely stuff...Very Wood wins the Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle at a tasty price of 33-1. Anyone on it?
Very Wood is storming through the field. Deputy Dan looks to have gone too early.
Apache Jack is coming up nicely on the outside but Kings Palace is jumping well. Wait a minute...Deputy Dan is flying...
Kings Palace is going nicely while Deputy Dan looks strong in the chasing pack.

Subdued atmosphere at Cheltenham as racing resumes after delay - jockey Daryl Jacob hurt in afternoon where Ruby Walsh earlier broke arm.
Pre-race favourite Briar Hill has fallen at the seventh.
The Job Is Right moves into third as the field begins to stretch. Still it's Kings Palace from Urban Hymn.
Urban Hymn is enjoying leading them out from the front too, galloping smoothly.
They are all jumping well in the early stages, with Kings Palace leading the way.
Thirteen minutes later than scheduled, the Novices' Hurdle is finally under way. Can Briar Hill, with six wins out of six, extend that superb record.

Former jockey Luke Harvey on Daryl Jacob: "When someone hits concrete like that you have fear running through your back. And it is a sense of relief that Daryl Jacob is alright."
The BHA confirm the Novices' Hurdle will begin in three minutes' time. We should also assume the following race, the Gold Cup, might be pushed back from 15:20. One to bear in mind when you offer to brew up for the office...
Hopefully Daryl Jacob is going to be OK. It sounds as though the horse, Port Melon, was spooked by something and ended up crashing into a nearby cameraman. He's fine, but the camera has been smashed to smithereens.

"Daryl Jacob is conscious but is on a stretcher and is being given oxygen. I'm looking at his face and he is grimacing, there are police and ambulances. Nothing can be done until he is put in the ambulance."

"The clerk of the course is looking to push the horses up from the rail and they will run once that has been done. They can't start the race just yet."
While medics tend to injured jockey Daryl Jacob, the 14:40 Novices' Hurdle has been delayed.
John Hunt
BBC Radio 5 live racing commentator at Cheltenham
"Daryl Jacob has just cantered to the start on Port Melon and the horse ducked violently and deposited Daryl on an area of hard concrete. It looked very uncomfortable and Port Melon will not start."
