Cheltenian will hope to become a multiple winner at the Festival after winning the Weatherbys Champion Bumper at the Festival in 2011. Flaxen Fare and Cinders and Ashes have also won at Prestbury Park in the past.
Our next race is at 14:05, the Vincent O'Brien County Handicap Hurdle. Favourite Cheltenian has been heavily backed throughout the day for this 28-horse race.
Ruby Walsh was due to be on Arctic Fire, but it's just been confirmed he will not ride again today after suffering a heavy fall in the opening race of the day. He's gone straight to hospital where doctors will assess a possible arm fracture. David Casey will now ride Arctic Fire, meaning Danny Mullins will race Diakali.
