With that win Willie Mullins is up and running at the 2023 Cheltenham Festival.
That his fifth Arkle win in the last nine years.
Good news for the rest of the field is that he doesn't have a runner in the next race - the Ultima Handicap Chase.

Jonbon was exuberant early on and maybe doing more than he expected but he came to challenge down the hill and it was a good clean fight.
But as soon as El Fabiolo got his nose in the gap he was in there. He powered up the hill and there was no excuse for Jonbon.
The ground suited the winner better. Jonbon might have appreciated drier conditions but you get what you are given.

I would imagine there were tears of fear but now tears of joy. I am so happy. Dysart Dynamo wears his heart on his sleeve. He has jogged off with his ears pricked.

Warm applause and cheers from the Cheltenham crowd as faller Dysart Dynamo is up and led back after his late fall.
A wonderful sight as Dysart Dynamo is up and okay.
After pushing so hard from the start it was a tired fall but thankfully one that was not serious.
Winning jockey Paul Townend, speaking to ITV Racing: "Huge engine, improving the whole time.
"I was happy we got in a good gallop and he came alive at the right time. The engine has always been there."

BBC Radio 5 Live presenter
That was an exciting race from start to finish.

The favourite El Fabiolo is running in third with Jonbon just ahead. Dysart Dynamo has pulled away a bit as they complete the first jump.

El Fabiolo is a bit untidy to begin with.

It is an interesting one. El Fabiolo is a brute of a horse and is inclined to take everything on while Jonbon is more athletic and nimble. Dysart Dynamo has a sporting chance and could lead them to the last - can he beat the Big Two? We'll see.

There are many talking points during Cheltenham week, including the cost of drinks.
Well, a pint of Guinness will set you back £7.50, with Pravha lager priced at £7.40.
A 187ml glass of wine costs £9, while a bottle of house champagne is £70.
Punters can potentially swerve the queues and choose to pour their own pints at a special 'self-serve' area in the Cottage Rake bar.
It is a busy time for catering staff during Cheltenham week.
Last year, racegoers went through a reported 45,000 bread rolls and 8,000 gallons of tea and coffee.
But that's nothing compared to the amount of Guinness that is expected to be consumed over the next four days - 220,000 pints!
Pretty much the population of Oldham in pint form.

Next up is the first Grade One race of the week and it should be a thrilling clash between El Fabiolo, another from the Willie Mullins yard, and the Nicky Henderson-trained Jonbon.
The pair are both unbeaten over fences so something has to give. El Fabiolo was an impressive winner at Leopardstown last time out while Jonbon, well beaten by Constitution Hill in last year’s Supreme Novices has had a couple of wins at Warwick this season.
Last season they met over fences at the Aintree Grand National meeting with Jonbon winning by a neck.
