Clock stops, replacements. Two men in Lego heads watch on. Doesn't seem a great idea in these heat. Just over three minutes to go.

What an amazing athlete Dan Norton is. Not only is he fast, his footwork is fantastic. That was sevens rugby at its best.

Oh yes! Dan Norton, on the far wing, dances past the tackle like Fred Astaire. After that, he shows the South Africa defence a clean pair of heels to score under the posts. Kick added. Britain lead.

Also, David Florence and Richard Hounslow have been speaking to BBC Two after their canoe slalom silver.

"I was a bit disappointed from the C1. I really wanted to go out there and enjoy it," Florence said.

"Rich is so solid on race days. You know nothing is going to faze him. It helped having him there, it picked me up a bit."

"t has been a hard eight years, we've worked really hard and to come out with a medal at the Olympics is fantastic," Hounslow added.

"It is maybe a little bit bittersweet, coming so close to gold, but we’re happy."

You have to say GB defended very well from a turonover but the ball just comes out and it's excellent play from Rosko Specman to keep it alive and allow Kyle Brown to score.

The action is coming thick and fast. Remember, Fiona Pennie goes in the K1 final but, before that, Great Britain have the chance to secure a medal in the rugby sevens. Their semi-final against South Africa kicks-off at 19:00, with the winners guaranteed at least silver. Fiji await in the final.

While Florence and Hounslow were winning GB's 14th medal of the Games, one strong medal prospect has had a little bit of a wobble.

Andy Murray, who had his pipe and slippers out before that canoeing final, lost the second set to Fabio Fognini and is now all-square in the decider.

The defending champ is looking for a place in the last eight.

We have divers at the canoe slalom but for all the right reasons as Slovakia go wild.

The Skantar cousins edge out Great Britain so it's groundhog day for David Florence and Richard Hounslow as they make it two silver medals in this event in two Games.

As the Germans were nudged out of the places thanks to a poor second half of the run, a cluster of fans sporting the country's flag just seemed to disappear from the stands. They expected more from the world champion pairing.
