    No getting comfy.

Now, it is time for the men's four, an event that Great Britain have made their own in recent Olympics.

The Aussies, who won the other semi-final, are ready to poop the party though.

This is going to get ugly. They're off.

A quick update from the shooting and Amber Hill has had a terrific second qualifying round. The Briton hit 24/25 clays and that takes here to 47/50.

Elena Allen is in her second round right now and struggling a little. Only six of 21 athletes will make it to the latter stages when 75 shots are complete.

The mist is rolling over the hills, can Hill see a medal through it?

For an emotionally repressed Brit like myself, there's nothing more painful than seeing a grown man reduced to tears.

But Irish Olympian and broadcaster Neville Maxwell just couldn't contain himself after the O'Donovan boys snatched silver in the men's lightweight double sculls.

This is a fair old pace we are seeing here in the women's 10km and already the cream are starting to rise to the top.

Jo Pavey is amongst the chasing group, over half a lap behind the lead group - which consists of three Kenyans and three Ethiopians. A familiar looking race.

    Sir Steve Redgrave
Five-time Olympic rowing champion on BBC TV

The first 1000m they had a huge margin and were never going to get beaten.

You could tell by the effort in the first half that they did suffer at the end but they had a big enough gap.

I think they had another gear. It is difficult to repeat what they did four years ago when they had a big lead because you have to keep going through the motions of it.
