So here comes Charlotte Dujardin on Valegro. It's time for her and her horse to BUST A MOVE.
.

Synchronised Swimming - Duets free routines
Katie Clark and Olivia Federici aka Great Britain's synchronised swimmers are performing 11th in the duets free routines now.
If you are unfamiliar with synchronised swimming, and I would not judge you if you are, this sport requires endurance, grace, flexibility, apparently a permanent smile on your face and incredibly strong lungs.
It's three minutes of high intensity, dynamic, (and sometimes terrifying) movement.
I don't care who you are, it will impress you.
Swimming
"It wasn’t my kind of conditions today, that’s just the way of it," Keri-anne Payne told the BBC after finishing seventh in the women's 10km race.
"Those girls are world class and on this occasion, it wasn’t my race.
"I’m not ruling anything out but my 10km career – I put everything into that race, everything into the last four years.
"I have a business to run when I get home so I’m looking forward to spending a bit of time outside of the water.
“I will certainly never be hanging up my goggles."
400m hurldes
Seb Rodger has actually joined Jack Green in the men's 400m hurdles semi-finals. A disqualification bumped the Briton up into the faster losers list.
Charlotte Dujardin could win her third Olympic gold today. If she has inspired you why not watch her top horse riding tips?

The Beach Boys have made it to the Olympics.
God Only Knows is playing in the dressage arena where Great Britain's Carl Hester still leads the individual grand prix freestyle with six competitors to go.
Coming up in the next half an hour is Britain's Charlotte Dujardin, who is looking to defend her London 2012 gold.
400m hurdles
Seb Rodger has missed out on the 400m hurdles semi-finals as the final heat ensures he is not one of the fastest losers.
That's the end of athletics for the day - next up in track and field is discus at 00:30 BST. Still plenty of other Olympics action is going on now though.
400m hurdles
Jack Green, who spent 18 months out of 400m hurdles since London 2012 because of depression, has been talking to BBC One.
"It's hard to make an Olympics, let alone a semi-final and maybe a final. I just want to enjoy it. I've got a lot of gratitude, I've really enjoyed this journey. I didn't last time. I'm not on medication because I can't run on it, but I'm in a good place."
Athletics
Sophie Hitchon also had plenty of praise for her coach, Tore Gustafsson, and his animated celebration at the end.
"He’s the best ever! He’s the best coach ever," she told BBC One.
"I could never do this without him. He’s stuck by me through times when I was ready to not do it anymore.
"We both knew that I had it in me. For him to be there, I’m glad I can do it for him as well as me at this point."
400m hurdles
A brilliant finish by Great Britain's Jack Green to reach the 400m semi-finals. He was well down the field going into the straight but a late surge, and a rival stumbling, helped see him into the next round.
Athletics
Great Britain's bronze medallist Sophie Hitchon has been speaking to BBC Sport about her success.
"Training has been going really really well. To get a bronze medal, I am over the moon.
"The girls are all throwing really well. They can always produce their best in the last round. I didn’t expect that I would hold third, I just wanted to throw further.
"I had to double take a little bit! It was just incredible to see the number three there and an national record, I couldn’t be happier."

What you want to see competition between the athletes and athletes responding to great competition. That’s what Sophie did.
It was really entertaining for fans to see that. It is what I think sport and athletics should be about.
