Doesn't that look good. Much more like it.

Great Britain's first medal rowing at the Games. Who would have thought they went into that race ranked as the fifth best team. Outstanding.

The British have held on and that is a demonstration of being brave from gun to tape.

They were in the unfavoured lane one - and they kept a cool head.

Great Britain are probably underdogs in this race.

The Dutch and the Italians have spent the last couple of years exchanging World and European titles.

The you've got the Australians who can never be discounted and Estonia’s experienced crew includes 42-year-old Tonu Endrekson, who is competing in his fifth Games and 38-year-old Allar Raja and Kaspar Taimsoo.

All three men were part of the bronze-winning crew in Rio.

In the fours, one of the individuals is steering by a footplate.

You can get steering issues with the conditions and they did have issues at the start.

But for that to happen at the end, someone was at their limit.

First penalty corner of the match goes the way of Great Britain but the India defence is rock solid as both Laura Unsworth and Giselle Ansley fail to hit the back of the net.

India find themselves with an opportunity to equalise from their own penalty corner - but the door is kept firmly closed by GB goalkeeper Maddie Hinch.

Italy sneaked through into bronze but could that have been a silver but for the interference from the British crew.
