Steven: Well done Bethany Shriever. BMX racing has been the most exciting sporting event so far in the Tokoyo 2020 Olympics. Savage sport, amazing.
Roberto Colombi: How brutal is BMX! Two serious crashes but thrilling viewing. Not for the faint hearted.

She made that look like a stroll in the park, despite recording a 10.82.
Effortless, and seriously good.

Men's semi-finals
Shanaze Reade
Former GB & Olympic BMX Racer
"Exactly how Kye Whyte needed that race to go. He's in a great place.
Picks his way through and like I say, if you blink you miss it with Kai.
His power is phenomenal but his track speed is another level."
Men's semi-finals
GB's Kye Whyte has cemented his place in the final by winning the final heat. He again showed tremendous pedal speed to keep his rivals at bay and crossed the line in first place.
Women's 100m heats
Three-time Olympic sprint gold medallist Veronica Campbell-Brown believes the women's 100m will be a "fierce battle from the first round all the way to the final".
"No doubt the women's 100m is the most anticipated race in Tokyo," said Campbell-Brown.
"It is so loaded with talent and it's going to come down to the ones [who are] able to handle the pressure - who can execute and can run the race of their life, because I really think that it will take 10.70 seconds, if not 10.60, to win that 100 meters.
"Shelly-Ann [Fraser-Pryce] has gone 10.63 seconds so far and so no doubt she may be the most hunted."
Men's semi-finals
The final heat of the men's semi-finals is under way after a delay caused by a huge crash in the previous heat which saw defending Olympic champion Connor Fields going down heavily and needing medical attention on the track.
He has now been taken away on a stretcher for further treatment.
The crash also put paid to world champion Twan van Gendt's chances of making the final.
