    Luke Greenbank is next up as attention turns to the men's 200m backstroke final.

    Greenbank qualified second fastest for the final, in a time almost a second quicker than his time as he claimed world bronze in 2019.

    Defending champion Ryan Murphy of the USA, and world and European champion Evgeny Rylov, are also in this one.

    There are questions asked after every regatta. If you look at the medal haul it is smaller than other Olympics but we knew after Rio there was the biggest change. We've only got eight athletes coming from other Olympics.

    These games were going to be about change and this team is building towards Paris.

    We almost saw some great displays. six fourth places are so close, but so far as well.

    It's not a disaster - we've been spoiled by rowing for many many Games now but it takes a while to build, and we will build again

    Women's 800m heats

    The women's 800m heats are under way, and Keely Hodgkinson will be first up for Team GB in heat four in around 10 minutes time.

    The 19-year-old is the fastest in her race on paper.

    Then, in heat 5, it's Alex Bell before Jemma Reekie, who ran the third-fastest time in British history in Monaco earlier this month, goes in heat six.

    Great Britain pipped by Germany. From a disappointing heat, they had to do it in the repechage, and they get the bronze.
