New Zealand 17-17 Fiji
Fiji score a last-gasp try but can't convert it from way out on the touchline so we're going through to extra-time. That means periods of five minutes and whoever scores wins. It's been an enthralling semi-final so far!
Ben Proud is speaking to BBC Sport after making that 50m freestyle final.
I'll bring you all he has to say but the gent has deltoids carved out of stone.
Anyone would think he spends hours swimming.

You see all the damage was done at the start. Dressel's vertical jump is like an NBA player, and he dives so deep.
Ben Proud is in there with a shout but I do think Dressel is favourite.
Women's 100m hurdles
Tiffany Porter makes it through to the semis after finishing fourth in her heat in a time of 12.85.
She joins her sister Cindy Sember in the next stage.
Job done.

Ben Proud third - well done. He was well placed at 25m and I thought the field were coming back at him, so great swim from him.
He's going to get through.
Men's 50m freestyle
As expected, Caeleb Dressel is into the final in first pot clocking 21.42 but Great Britain's Benjamin Proud comes home in third and will be in the final with 21.67 seconds. That's the fifth-fastest time of the semi-finals.
A medal anyone?

Ben Proud has waited an awful long time for this race. Concentrated on just this one.
Men's 50m freestyle
To the pool, the 50m freestyle semi-final. Blink and you miss these races. These man are powerhouses.
Florent Manaudou of France gets the top spot in semi-final one.
Guess who is in semi-final two?
You guessed it my friends of the early hours... Mr Caeleb Dressel.
Great Britain's Benjamin Proud is cheered as he makes his entrance.
Women's 100m hurdles
Will Tiffany Porter join her sister in Sunday's semi-finals of the women's 100m hurdles?
Cindy Sember is already through and British record holder Porter, 33, is confident of making it too.
Porter, who became a mother in 2019, said: "The additional year [since the Games were delayed] may have been a blessing in disguise for me, with having another year under my belt since having my daughter - more training, lifting, getting my body and fitness back."
Porter goes in heat five at 03:17 BST.
New Zealand 5-7 Fiji
Right on the stroke of half-time, New Zealand's Ruby Tui races away but a brilliant tackle on the line sees the ball knocked out of her hand to stop the ball from being grounded.
It's been a tense first half. Another seven minutes and we'll know who's in the final.
We're switching it up this morning aren't we you lucky bunch. Swimming - Dressel back in the pool in a second - and a bit of rugby. There's golf on too, it's all happening.
We're on #bbcolympics.
Who is still with us?
A reminder that a short while ago Caeleb Dressel made it three gold medals at the Tokyo Games and he felt the need to nail the world record too.
To be fair he had to because the Hungarian chasing him down was not going away!
Watch...
New Zealand v Fiji semi-final
Who's going to reach the gold medal match, and who will be playing for bronze?
We'll know over the next 45 minutes or so with the two semi-finals at the Tokyo Stadium.
New Zealand are taking on Fiji before Great Britain face France.
We've had four minutes of the first semi and Fiji lead 7-5.
Semi-final to come...
Just a reminder we have a rugby sevens semi-final between Great Britain and France on the grid for 03:30 BST. Crack open another can, open another bottle of red and get into the sevens spirit.
Maybe get the kids out of bed and try this move...
Women's 100m hurdles
Kendra Harrison, the world record holder and a hot favourite, comes through her 100m hurdles heat in style.
Very comfortable for the American who wins in a time of 12:74 to qualify for Sunday's semi-final.
"Siri, how fast does a shark swim 800m?"
Siri: "Not as fast as this."
Women's 800m freestyle
Rebecca Adlington
Double Olympic gold-medal winning swimmer on BBC TV
I'm so pleased for Katie - she might not have got the results she wanted but to come back with two gold medals, she was not letting anyone come back at her.
That underwater phase on her pull is so dominant.
Women's 800m freestyle - Gold
Andy Jameson
Commentator and former Olympic swimmer on BBC TV
It's all about Katie Ledecky - three in a row - and a seventh gold medal!
What an amazing swimer.
