    Fiji score a last-gasp try but can't convert it from way out on the touchline so we're going through to extra-time. That means periods of five minutes and whoever scores wins. It's been an enthralling semi-final so far!

    You see all the damage was done at the start. Dressel's vertical jump is like an NBA player, and he dives so deep.

    Ben Proud is in there with a shout but I do think Dressel is favourite.

    As expected, Caeleb Dressel is into the final in first pot clocking 21.42 but Great Britain's Benjamin Proud comes home in third and will be in the final with 21.67 seconds. That's the fifth-fastest time of the semi-finals.

    Will Tiffany Porter join her sister in Sunday's semi-finals of the women's 100m hurdles?

    Cindy Sember is already through and British record holder Porter, 33, is confident of making it too.

    Porter, who became a mother in 2019, said: "The additional year [since the Games were delayed] may have been a blessing in disguise for me, with having another year under my belt since having my daughter - more training, lifting, getting my body and fitness back."

    Porter goes in heat five at 03:17 BST.

    Right on the stroke of half-time, New Zealand's Ruby Tui races away but a brilliant tackle on the line sees the ball knocked out of her hand to stop the ball from being grounded.

    It's been a tense first half. Another seven minutes and we'll know who's in the final.

    Who's going to reach the gold medal match, and who will be playing for bronze?

    We'll know over the next 45 minutes or so with the two semi-finals at the Tokyo Stadium.

    New Zealand are taking on Fiji before Great Britain face France.

    We've had four minutes of the first semi and Fiji lead 7-5.
