Ben Whittaker wins four contests, bashes up the danger man the Russian, he boxes like a dream, he entertains us and goes three rounds and he clearly won that last round.
If you'd said to me six months ago that would happen, I would've said go and have a lie down.
I thought he could've taken the second round with just a bit more work, one judge gave him the second round and he took the last round. Whittaker was close in that fight, he didn't win but he will rue that he got close to a Cuban.

A brilliant display from Lopez.
The emotion is pouring out of Ben Whittaker. He comes away with an absolutely outstanding silver medal, the 24-year-old.
A bright future, whatever he elects to do. Maybe, just maybe, the current mayor of Wolverhampton will let him wear those mayoral chains and go onto mayoral duties with him.
Women's 470
British pair Hannah Mills and Eilidh McIntyre are still on course to take gold. Poland and France are in a battle for silver and bronze.

Great Britain are building some space around them. Switzerland still strong in first place in this race, but Britain on the points table are set to take gold. They are not easing their work-rate here, and if they can win this race, it will make certain of the medals.
Men's light heavyweight final
Great Britain's Ben Whittaker has a silver medal.
It's Cuba's Arlen Lopez who takes gold.
Women's 470
One more mark to go in the women's 470 and Britain's Hannah Mills and Eilidh McIntyre are still second, and are set for gold.
They're building even more space around them as they close in on that title.

He's boxing very well in this round, it looks like the Cuban has done the most improbable Cuban thing and slowed down. But Ben is tired, he is still trying to box and he's already lost the fight so he should just go for it - give us a 60 second flurry Ben!

The clock is the friend of Lopez, who's moving wonderfully. Whittaker needs to bite down and go for it here, there hasn't been the increase in punch output to turn this around.

Tight second round and there's one thing here that looks evident, it's been a long six months, Ben Whittaker is tired, Cubans don't get tired.

Frustration the from the Cuban, it's not often you see a Cuban frustrated. We need more of that from Whittaker.
What he is doing, he's doing well, but we need to see more of it.
Men's light heavyweight final
Whittaker has thrown a few nice punches but he's holding back slightly.
His corner says "let the shots out" as they head into the third round, with Lopez taking the second round.

Poland are closing up and Great Britain need to keep on top of the pace.
They tack right on the breeze of the Polish team.
What they need to do is limit the charge from France and Poland, and they are doing just that.

Eilidh McIntyre's father, Michael, won sailing gold at the 1988 Olympics in Seoul.
Is the 27-year-old about to follow in her dad's footsteps?

The judges are scoring this on big, clean punches so Ben Whittaker is going to have to do what I've been telling you he can do, and that is fight. He has got to leave it all out there. You leave it all out there at the Olympics.
He can win this fight.
Women's park
More from GB's Sky Brown, who hopes she has inspired young girls after her women's park skateboarding bronze.
"I really hope I inspire young girls, I feel like people aren't too young that they can't do it, but if you believe in yourself you can do anything. I believed in myself.
"Anyone can do skateboarding. You don't have to be of a certain height or have to be a certain age, you can do it whenever you want. It doesn't matter about height or age. You just got to skate and go for it."

Comfortable round - Ben Whittaker's controlling things at a distance, throwing simple shots, not committing. He's struggling slightly when the Cuban switches stance. The Cuban will probably take this though - this is going to come down to a three minute sprint.
I thought Whittaker nicked that round, but the Cuban had bigger punches.

It's a quick start from Whittaker. Good work from him, just keep that jab going. That jab is a superb shot.
Women's 470
GB go through the second mark still in second behind Switzerland.
Their biggest rivals, Poland and France, are in fifth and sixth in this medal race and Hannah Mills and Eilidh McIntyre will be hoping it stays that way.
