Just come off the pitch will you Antony, love. Our Antony - or Brazil's Antony, rather - has put in a Royle shift for the Selecao.

(Been keen to get that gag in all game. Jim and Barb will be pleased.)

Antony is replaced by a more defence-minded player in Gabriel Menino as Brazil try to protect their lead. Moments later, Richarlison comes off soon.

Malcom the substitute has turned this game around.

The former Barcelona winger has the legs on the Spanish defence,m running on to a long way and threading the ball past Unai Simon into the far corner.

Great Britain have won both the men's and women's events in a non-cycling Olympic sport for the first time since the athletics long jump in 1964, when Mary Rand and Lynn Davies took gold.

Since those gold medals in 1964, Great Britain have won gold in both the men's and women's events four times in cycling track: keirin (2012), team pursuit (2012 and 2016) and individual sprint (2008).

The big thing now is making sure you get as much hydration as possible.

You want your manager to have noticed a weakness you can exploit, something that can help you go out there and win the game.

Defensively you think where can you hurt them? What runs can we make?

Concentration levels start to drop so it's important to get the strikers up that pitch.
