I'm in my 30s and haven't run a marathon yet. After seeing Molly Seidel claim bronze in just her third marathon I am fully intending on being on the podium at Paris 2024.

Tom Daley missed his hands completely on that. He went in, in a handstand position like a gymnast rather than a diver.
Just a very unfortunate start for Tom but not a complete disaster.
Men's 10m platform semi-final
A 71.40 for Tom Daley and he sits 10th after round one. Not an ideal start but he only needs to do what he needs to do to get through.

Women's golf - final round
A nightmare on the par-three seventh for Nelly Korda as she double bogeys the hole and drops back into a three-way tie for the lead on 14 under overall.
All to play for approaching the turn.
Men's 10m platform semi-final
Tom Daley is 15th up in this semi-final with the top 12 going through to the final. USA's Jordan Windle currently leads the way with a score of 76.10.

BBC Sport Olympics reporter in Tokyo
Tom Daley needs to be super motivated and fired up to perform his best dives to the best of his ability, because they are hard to do.
But he doesn't have the pressure that this is the be-all and end-all he has his Olympic gold so that will hopefully means when he goes into this competition there isn't that added pressure.
There is every chance that today is the last day we see him on the platform for Great Britain.
Women's golf final round
A second birdie for Aditi Ashok and she joins Lydia Ko on 14 under overall and just two behind leader Nelly Korda. The pressure is mounting on the world number one.

Inami Mone looks like she has lost her pace a little bit on the greens, that could so easily come down to rhythm and the stroke. You lose your stroke you lose your timing, you lose your timing, you lose your distance control.
The showjumping final takes place today (11:00 BST) and one of the riders going for gold is Jessica Springsteen.
She is one of the four-strong US team in Tokyo and is also the daughter of The Boss - Bruce Springsteen.
Britain are also in the final along with the US and Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, France, Brazil, Holland and Argentina.

That was bonus time for Albane Valenzuela, that shot was going 30-40 feet past the hole, she had nothing to work with. The only way you could stop this was to hit the flag.
Women's golf - final round
Nelly Korda needs to start picking up some birdies because Lydia Ko is on a charge. The New Zealander birdies the fifth - her fourth birdie in a row - and is now just two off the lead...
Great Britain's first medal of the day will come in the men's flyweight final at 06:30 BST.
Former car factory worker Galal Yafai, whose brothers Gamal and Kal are both pro boxers, takes on Carlo Paalam of the Philippines for gold.
Yafai believes boxing was always his destiny given he and his brothers would fight all the time as youngsters.
"My mum was always going mad, 'take your gloves off, stop hitting your little brother'," he said.
"If we had a video recorder back then you'd be surprised, it was destined and meant to be. We were fighting every day in the sitting room with gloves on. "Those two started me off, hopefully I can finish it off now."
Women's golf - final round
As I say that Lydia Ko birdies the fourth to move onto 13 under overall and within three shots of Nelly Korda. That's three birdies in a row for Ko, who is three under for the round.
Women's golf - final round
So far so good for Nelly Korda as she birdies the second to move four clear of the field.
Still lots of golf to be played.
Men's 10m platform.
In one hour Tom Daley will begin his bid for another Olympic gold with the semi-finals of the men's 10m platform.
Since winning the synchronised event on 26 July, Daley has been seen knitting up some snazzy outfits to pass the time and he believes the hobby has helped him switch off from the Games.
"Honestly, I think it's made a massive difference," he said. "There's a long wait in between the synchro and the individual and there's a lot of time to think. My time to think has been replaced with knitting.
"It's been such a great and welcome distraction for me. I'm someone that's really bad at resting. I sit there, I fidget, I bite my nails, whatever it is, so being able to knit has been a really helpful thing."
Another medal moment from yesterday when Kate French stormed away from the field with a dominant run in the final event of the modern pentathlon to earn Great Britain's 18th gold of the Tokyo Olympics.
Watch it above.
Women's marathon
The Brits have crossed the finish line in the women's marathon with Steph Davis finishing 39th with a time of 2:36.33, Steph Twell 68th with a time of 2:44.56 and Jess Piasecki 71st with a time of 2:45.13.
