Crossbar, post and out. And we still haven't scored!

That's the difference though. Kim Little goes forward and Caroline Weir makes a run into the penalty area. I thought she was going to cross it, but nope... She definitely meant to take that shot!

How are we not back in this game? That's the difference that Little brings - she's a gamechanger.

We want her [Simone Biles] to be at her best but we also want to make sure she's being looked after.

She's always had pressure, every single competition, everyone expects her to win!

But what is nice to see is that she's still on the floor and she's like the team cheerleader now.

As soon as Chiles landed from the beam she was jumping up and down and that shows her leadership skills.

OFF THE WOODWORK!published at 13:27 British Summer Time 27 July 2021

    Canada 1-0 Great Britain

Can you get any closer than this!?

Scotland's Caroline Weir almost equalises for Team GB as her cross/shot from a tight angle bounces off the underside of the crossbar, hits the inside of the far post and ricochets away from a sliding Ellen White, who was looking to get contact on the rebound!

    Karen Carney

You're going to play a top quality team no matter what position you finish in, but if you can avoid a certain few then it gives Great Britain the best chance to try at a medal.

It's good to see Ellen White and Kim Little on, Rachel Daly did well but I prefer her in that fullback area bombing forward. Little is just a great technical player that likes to get forward and White is just going to finish it.
