BBC One
BBC One is on through the night to bring you action from the Olympics.

Dan Walker and Sam Quek will be on duty from 04:00 to guide you through the rest of the early morning.

How are you planning to follow the coverage? And what are your go-to routines and snacks to stay awake?
Feel free to drop me a line and as ever include pictures if you can.
