More reaction to Tom Daley winning gold alongside Matty Lee in the men's synchronised 10m platform event.

European diving medalist Brooke Graddon has been speaking to BBC Radio 5 Live's Chris Warburton about how the changes in Tom's personal life have benefitted his diving.

"His whole life was just diving," she said. "There was so much pressure, there was so much media, there was so much expectation on him.

"He had the whole world on his shoulder. He went away, found himself, had a family, got married.

"He's completely changed as a person. Diving is now second in his life, family and his little boy Robbie are number one."

Brooke said Tom seemed in control and relaxed during the contest.

"It was like he was meant to be there. He had something to prove but if he didn't perform well, he was still going home to the people that he loved, living the life that he's created for him and his family," she added.
