  1. PENALTY - Hull KR 16-30 Hull FCpublished at 14:35 British Summer Time 30 March 2018

    Marc Sneyd

Sneyd makes no mistake. Huge kick in the grand scheme of this game. Is that the nail in the coffin?

    Hull KR 16-28 Hull FC

Jamie Shaul hoyed the ball at Ryan Shaw on the back of that cover tackle, which is what the delay is all about.

Meanwhile, Marc Sneyd to have a pop from the tee.

    Hull KR 16-28 Hull FC

It's bubbling over a bit now. Danny Washbrook and Lee Jewitt exchange pleasantries in midfield as play continues to the left side with Rovers banging on the door.

Hull FC survive again, and now it's their turn to raid and Jamie Shaul does his best to clear with a scything run that produces a penalty for a high shot. Good outcome for the Airlie Birds.

    Hull KR 16-28 Hull FC

Desperate goalline defence by Hull FC to stop Rovers. Carlos Tuimavave does well to trap a grubber by Chris Atkin and shut down the move.

Marc Sneyd fires a kick to the corner. Ticking down the clock and giving his forwards a breather. Classic game management.

    Hull KR 16-28 Hull FC

It's around about this time two years ago that Hull KR - 20 points to nil ahead - folded unceremoniously.

Rovers need a similar climb off the canvas if they're to make up that deficit.

TRY - Hull KR 16-28 Hull FCpublished at 14:23 British Summer Time 30 March 2018

    Jake Connor, con Marc Sneyd

Having churned through the middle to no avail, Albert Kelly slides away to the right and spots a lurking Jake Connor on the right edge.

Kelly picks out the former Huddersfield utility and floats a magical pass which is finished beautifully.

He had a little bit of a jibe at the Rovers defence for failing to stop him on his 100th appearance. That's vintage Jake Connor. Agitationally brilliant.

  7. MISSED PENALTYpublished at 14:23 British Summer Time 30 March 2018

    Hull KR 16-22 Hull FC

Marc Sneyd belts a 40-metre penalty goal attempt to edge the scoreboard a little further away from Rovers, but misses. And it's a 20-metre drop out.

It's gone from frantic to grinding this one. Who has the energy to see out the win?

    Hull KR 16-22 Hull FC

Boxing remains a popular comparison for rugby league and right now, you'd say Rovers have come through a tricky couple of rounds and are starting to land a few punches having tightened up their defence.

Hull look frustrated at having looked to have Rovers on the ropes but surprised by Rovers' Lazarus-like recovery.

We actually had a little bit of sparring a moment ago. Mose Masoe dropped the ball in the ruck to give Hull a scrum head and feed, and when Josh Bowden laughed in his direction, the big Samoan offered him a little chance to tussle. Nowt serious.

  9. Postpublished at 14:16 British Summer Time 30 March 2018

    Hull KR 16-22 Hull FC

The sight of Albert Kelly on an exercise bike is a relieving one for Hull FC fans, who can expect his reappearance at some stage.

Rovers doing really well to limit opportunities for their rivals at the moment. Still half an hour to play and the intensity remains high.

    Hull KR 16-22 Hull FC

Penalties racking up against Hull FC. Hull KR have begun the second half with real ferocity!

Oh... superb kick in behind by hooker Tommy Lee, it looks like Justin Carney's going to make it! But then he can't gather and the chance goes begging.

    Ryan Shaw

On the back of a Hull KR penalty after Josh Bowden lay in the ruck, Rovers make the position count.

Some smart work by Matty Marsh delays the pass before picking out the weaving Adam Quinlan, who slides a pass wide to Ryan Shaw for a score.

The winger touches down, but cannot convert. Big try.

    Hull KR 12-22 Hull FC

Again, Rovers target that left edge, hoping to overrun the down-on-numbers right side of the 12-man Hull FC defence.

They push the ball through the middle but the last tackle offload goes straight to Hull FC prop Josh Bowden.

Timely. Hull turn the ball over next set deep in the Rovers half. Bit of concern about a limping Marc Sneyd for the visitors too.

Back under way then. Hull FC have the ball. Can they finish off the job? Or can we expect more derby fireworks from Hull KR?

    You wouldn't bet against it.

Tomkins misses out through illness, Morgan Escare comes into the number one shirt instead.

    And breathe...

The Hull derby has lived up to all the hype. It's been absolutely enthralling. Absorbing. Outstanding.

So Salford get the points against Catalans, keeping up their impressive home form. Ian Watson has done well given the departure of Gareth O'Brien to maintain the team spirit.

Catalans... well. It's pretty grim viewing at the moment isn't it? I doubt you'd make much money if you gambled on them being involved in the Million Pound Game at this stage. Something needs to really turn for them.

  16. Full time: Salford 32-16 Catalans Dragonspublished at 13:56 British Summer Time 30 March 2018

A third-straight home win for Salford, while it's now just one win in eight for Catalans.

    Hull KR 12-22 Hull FC

Goodness me. High octane, first-class entertainment.

Six tries, a red card, tries disallowed, players in the wars, full-on footy.

Hull FC lead by 10 points at the hooter, despite the departure of Bureta Faraimo following a head-high shoulder hit on Chris Atkin.

Rovers looked brilliant at times, Thomas Minns getting a brace. However, they were shredded when Hull found top gear toward of the half.

Concern for Lee Radford? The fitness Albert Kelly and Carlos Tuimavave, who were both treated for knocks. He will need to manage the interchange bench too, with a man down.

Stunning game though. Try editing the highlights of that one?!

  19. try

TRY Salford 32-10 Catalans Dragonspublished at 13:47 British Summer Time 30 March 2018

If it wasn't over before, it is now as Kris Welham gets the ball down despite the efforts of three Catalans Dragons defenders.

  20. try

TRY - Hull KR 12-22 Hull FCpublished at 13:47 British Summer Time 30 March 2018

    Fetuli Talanoa

If his first was spectacular, then his second was fairly standard. Sweeping move to the left through hands forces an overlap after Rovers had jammed in and Jamie Shaul worked the ball out to give the winger Fetuli Talanoa an easy close-range run in.

On the back of a couple of penalties, it's proved very, very costly for Hull KR.
