Having been fortunate enough to attend a few Challenge Cup finals of years gone by in a working capacity, I know that at about this time, the stretch between Wembley Park station and the stadium would be thronging with supporters.

Horns blaring, hugs being shared, songs being sung, pints being drunk.

Today's scene is much different; a few people milling around, probably making their way to the nearby shopping centre.

As much as you love the game and this occasion, you have to concede that it just won't be the same.

Hello and welcome to BBC Sport’s coverage of the 2020 Challenge Cup final.

It’s a final unlike any other in living memory, taking place two months later than originally scheduled and with no fans inside Wembley, but the prestige of the prize remains the same.

For Leeds and Salford, this means a lot.
