Now, this should make for an interesting 10 minutes. Clermont back-rower Damien Chouly has been sent to the sin bin after some dirty work at a ruck and this surely represents Northampton's best chance to do some damage.

Former Northampton Saints team manager and player Lennie Newman: "That's what happens when you are chasing the game. We were so near to getting our first points on the board. So near yet so far."
I'm running out of superlatives to describe this Clermont Auvergne performance. This time it's their fine defence that provides the platform, resisting wave after Saints wave.
But it's brute strength from Nick Abendanon that completes the job, mercilessly ripping the ball from the grasp of George Pisi and running fully 70 metres to touch down. Huge from the former England full-back. Brock James converts once again and the gap just gets bigger and bigger.
Northampton do have a penalty though, and Stephen Myler heads for the corner. Meanwhile, Lee Dickson has been withdrawn and Kahn Fotuali'i replaces the England number nine for the final 27 minutes.
Credit to Saints, however, who have the ball back in hand and are switching it from left to the right, in search of some joy in attack. Now George Pisi has a little dart in-field, but the former Clermont man is stopped in his tracks.
Graeme Hobbs:, external If Clermont can do this to the top team in the premiership then they have no excuse for not winning the #EPCRChampionsCup
Simply nothing is going Northampton's way, as James Wilson's long kick forward goes out of play on the full - just - and so we'll come all the way back. No signs of Clermont letting up yet.
There's a bit of a pause in play as Tom Wood receives some treatment, but thankfully the England man is well enough to stay on the field. All the while, Brock James has helped himself to another three points from the tee and the lead is 30.
Clermont are again putting Northampton under so much pressure inside their own half, forcing Luther Burrell into an error and winning a penalty.
While the players still on the field get down for a couple of scrums, the television cameras pan to Courtney Lawes, whose arm appears to be in a sling. Saints and England fans will hope that's not too serious. Christian Day is the man who has come on in his place, by the way.
Brock James gets us going again then and, almost straight from the restart, James Wilson gets ploughed into touch and Clermont have themselves a line-out.
Right then, the players are back out. But not Courtney Lawes - he's been withdrawn by Northampton Saints. Injury-enforced or tactical?
Don't forget you can get involved too. Has this second quarter-final exposed a gap in quality between the Top 14 and Premiership?

Northampton Saints player Ben Foden:, external This is tough to watch, this is not how we wanted to play the game. @SaintsRugby looking lost and disjointed.
Northampton supporters might not thank me for bringing this one up, but bear with me a moment.
The last time Saints were in the knockout stages of Europe's top competition, four years ago, they came up against Leinster in the final at the Millennium Stadium.
The Premiership side raced into a 22-6 half-time lead thanks to tries from Phil Dowson, Ben Foden and Dylan Hartley and the title looked to be theirs.
But not so - Leinster produced a second half to remember, coming back to steal the crown with some room to spare.
So, can Jim Mallinder's side do something similar today? You can't blame me for trying...

Former Northampton Saints team manager and player Lennie Newman: "I thought the Saints could actually do this. I'm feeling pretty silly right now. Clermont are absolutely murdering Northampton. You have to say what a wonderful performance by Clermont."
That has been an exhibition half from Clermont Auvergne, who have one foot and a few toes in the semi-finals already. This looks a long way back for Northampton Saints.
