Turnover, and Scotland can get in behind Ireland. David Denton is carrying again - you need a demolition ball to bring him to ground. Scotland win a penalty and Horne's effort from just inside the Ireland half is wide of the posts.
Ireland have an opportunity to hit straight back as Jon Welsh concedes a penalty in the scrum. Ireland go to the corner.
Ireland will be very disappointed with that. The defensive line was well-organised but Denton put a great hit on Mike Ross, Scotland recycled the ball well and it was the first time we'd seen them do any proper rucking. Joe Schmidt will not be happy with that, he will not consider that acceptable.

Patient, patient stuff from Scotland. Pyrgos is the calmest man in Dublin, slowing it down at the breakdown. David Denton makes this one, clattering into Mike Ross like a bulldozer. That allows Richie Vernon to put Blair Cowan over in the corner.
Peter Horne's conversion from right by the touchline is good.
Bowe is under Madigan's up and under - it's a lovely, clean take. It gives Ireland a chance to build, with Zebo again charging. I'd love to see the yards he's carried. Bowe gets it back down the right flank but can't execute his attempted grubber.
Isaac Boss slips it into the scrum and immediately Scotland are folding under the pressure. The referee decides to award Ireland the put-in.
Lovely long, deep kick from Scotland's Tonks. But Zebo is there once again and he's strong enough to keep it under pressure from Visser. Good to see Scotland mix it up though, as they get a knock-on from the break down.
I'm quite impressed with the way Ireland have played in the last third, upping the intensity, narrowing the play and punching holes. By upping that intensity, Scotland are finding it difficult to defend against.
Simon Zebo has seen plenty of the ball and once again he's hitting the angle, coming on to the ball with pace. It comes to nothing though as Sean Cronin impedes in the 22.
Meanwhile, good to see JK Rowling having her say on the action. Maybe she could lend Scotland a magic wand?

Not great this from Scotland. They collapse a scrum in their own half and Ireland kick to the corner.
Ireland have their tails up. Scotland are in a slump. Luke Fitzgerald gets over the halfway line, cuts in off his flank, but gives away the penalty in the tackle from Ruaridh Jackson.
Great finish and great power by Henry, you'd think he'd have to be stopped from that distance. But the real brilliance was in the build-up, Boss was whipping the ball from the base of the ruck every time and it was that speed that was the real difference.

Chris Henry starts it. Chris Henry finishes it, The returning flanker makes the running from the line-out and Ireland go through the phases yards from the Scotland line. Henry is there at the breakdown to nip over, and he gets through Jim Hamilton and Hugh Blake to do it.
Ian Madigan lands the conversion.
A few phases of play from Scotland midway in Irish territory. It's the longest they've seen the ball. Fraser Brown barrels into the Ireland forwards but can't hold on to possession.
Kicked to touch and Grant Gilchrist rises to take the line-out. The release is messy though - it bounces off the back of a team-mate - and Ireland have it back. Here goes Simon Zebo zipping into a bit of space before Sean Lamont makes a tidy tackle.
