Collapsed scrum sees Ben Franks wearily get back to his feet. Penalty goes Wasps way and Elliot Daly fancies it from just inside the opposition half.
I'm a big fan of the league code, where crooked feeds are an accepted part of the game.
Some of these feeds don't look entirely straight. I get all the 'channel' chat but still...
I digress.
Jimmy Gopperth almost poked his nose through for Wasps and his offload to James Gaskell just doesn't quite work
Exit kick charged down but ball bounces into touch and we've a raft of changes for both teams before the Exiles scrum.
Hour gone and we're still very much in a game here.
Wasps look really good in full flight, lots of runners and depth but conversely, London Irish are tenacious in defence and rapid in linespeed.

How quickly a game can change.
Wasps looked like they had this game by the scruff of the neck but London Irish work the shortside brilliantly.
Ball dinked down the line by Aesali Tikoirotuma, and Johnny Williams was Johnny on the Spot to touch the ball down over the line.

Topsy Ojo whacks a kick out on the full, and Wasps march them back into the middle of the park.
Wasps move it quickly though and they're into midfield and closing on the 22.
