"Scotland need to stop the momentum of England. Since the second try England have controlled the momentum and Scotland need to shift that. It could come from a good kick and chase or a big hit - but they need something to step it up."

Francis Edwards: England are so lucky they're not playing Wales or Ireland first game, they'd be absolutely blown away. Embarrassing.

Andrew Priestley: Scotland are starting to lose control of this game. England are dominating at the breakdown and with the driving maul.

"This is nuts rugby. Scotland are just getting carried away instead of calming things down. You're not going to win the game from deep in your own half. They need to take a leaf out of England's book. England have totally transformed their tactics by getting George Ford to kick the ball deep into Scotland territory and building from there."

"That was a quality try for England, coming through multiple phases. There were two rucks where quick ball came out and none of the Scotland players could stop it. Ford and Farrell worked the ball out to Nowell, and he goes over in the corner.  Stuart Hogg didn't get far enough across, and that's what cost Scotland.
