    Harlequins, whose director of rugby Conor O'Shea was announced as the new Italy boss on Friday, hand England's Danny Care his 200th appearance.

    There are 10 changes in total, with Grand Slam winners Joe Marler, Jack Clifford and Mike Brown also back.

    Scotland's Tim Visser and Wales' Jamie Roberts also return from international duty.  

    Former England captain Chris Robshaw is named among the replacements.

    Wales wing George North is among five players recalled to the Northampton side for the visit of fellow play-off chasers Harlequins.

    Centre Luther Burrell and fly-half Stephen Myler also return, as do forwards Kieran Brookes and Tom Wood.

    Courtney Lawes comes into the starting XV and Victor Matfield joins the replacements.

    Northampton and Harlequins are both in the hunt for a top-four finish and today's meeting between the two could prove crucial.

    Saints sit fifth in the table, one place and two points above this afternoon's visitors.

    Harlequins have lost their last four Premiership away games and have not won at Franklin's Gardens since December 2012.

    Saints have won their last six fixtures against Quins in all competitions.

    Newcastle have twice gone for the corner, and Wasps skipper Matt Mullan has had a warning from referee JP Doyle. The hosts yet to take advantage and get on the scoreboard though.
