Hopefully it's a bit of a calmer start after the restart so we can actually calm down a bit.

We need to stick to the simplest gameplan we can. Head in the freezer, heart in the oven.

  5. try

    Try (Ellery)published at 17 mins

    Saracens 12-14 Gloucester

    It's raining tries!

Alex Goode immediately atones for his mistake as he comes in at first receiver and pings a great pass out to Schalk Brits. The hooker finds Mike Ellery on his right and Ellery is over for the five points.

  6. try

Try (Burns, con Hook)published at 14 mins

Alex Goode fumbles Willi Heinz's box kick forwards and immediately Gloucester's Billy Burns is there to capitalise on the mistake. Burns graps the ball off the floor and charges over.

  7. try

Try (Barritt, con Lozowski)published at 11 mins

    Saracens 7-7 Gloucester

Initially Gloucester repel nine phases of Saracens attack and look to clear their lines, but Brad Barritt charges down Mark Atkinson's kick and races under the posts.

That's the skipper's first try in two and a half years and Alex Lozowski adds the conversion to bring the Premiership leaders all-square.

  8. Time for power playpublished at 8 mins

    Saracens 0-7 Gloucester

Gloucester deal with the initial threat well but negate their hard work as Jacob Rowan goes offside. Saracens stick the ball in the corner and will look for the drive.

  9. Postpublished at 5 mins

    Saracens 0-7 Gloucester

Willi Heinz's clearance gets taken by the wind and Saracens make full use of the scrum back inside Gloucester's half. The hosts are patiently building through the phases and a Cherry and White knock-on gives a second platform in midfield.

  10. try

Try (Morgan, con Hook)published at 1 min

    Saracens 0-7 Gloucester

What an emphatic start by Gloucester!

With exactly one minute on the clock Ben Morgan powers over from close range. The forwards' finish is the result of a number of powerful surges and it's a dream first 60 seconds for the visitors.

James Hook easily adds the extras and it's maximum points early doors for the Cherry and Whites.

It was a comfortable afternoon for Exeter in the only game on Saturday as they ran in eight tries against injury-hit Worcester.

The five-point win moves the Chiefs to within one point of the top four after an indifferent start to the season for last season's Premiership finalists.

The Warriors do not enjoy playing Exeter having lost all nine of their top flight fixtures against the Devon side.

This round's Premiership action kicked-off on Friday where in Manu Tuilagi's comeback match for Leicester at Bristol, it was a ninth defeat in nine for the Premiership's bottom side.

England centre Tuilagi made his return off the bench after two months out with a groin injury and helped the Tigers move within a point of third-placed Wasps in a 21-16 victory.

While at Franklin's Gardens, Newcastle sprung an upset on Northampton as Saints were made to pay for prop Kieran Brookes' first-half red card.

Vereniki Goneva's late try secured a 22-16 win for Newcastle, their second on the road this season which moved Dean Richards' side up to seventh.

There's a bit of a sub-plot to this afternoon's action with a couple of players hoping to prove a timely point to England boss Eddie Jones.

Saracens full-back Alex Goode and Bath winger Semesa Rokoduguni were both omitted from England's squad against Argentina despite impressive displays the week before against Fiji.

Goode returns to champions Saracens' line-up against Gloucester while Rokoduguni will hope he can go from The Stoop against Harlequins today and make the short sprint to Twickenham and another international cap against Australia next weekend.
