Two needless penalties, one yellow card and two kicks the corner, two tries. Discipline is killing the Lions. They have not only brought the Hurricanes right back into this game at 31 all they've also invited the home crowd to get back on their feet and raise their voices.

Completely self inflicted by the Lions. We've seen countless times this tour that you can't switch off for a moment, let alone 10 minutes.

Neil Leverett: Tragedy for Henderson. His binning could cost big time

John Reynolds: I said months ago Itoje & Henderson should be the 1st 2 names on the teamsheet. Seems like everyone now agrees

Jurgen D1984: Tommy Seymour could score 5 tries today and lay an golden egg #bbcrugby, external still wouldn't feature him in player watch!

Annabel Blackett: Seymour is on fiiiireeee. Let's get some more Scotland players on the pitch. It's clear they play well together

North’s positive audition continues with another couple of trademark bullocking busts, scattering defenders in heavy traffic. His explosive power means he often makes extra yards beyond the tackle, carrying several defenders with him.

That’s when we need to see his fellow three-quarters running support lines off him. Were it not for a foot in touch, he’d have two tries in the bank.

Iain Henderson has his crime pulled up on the big screen.

He has cleared Jordie Barrett out of the back of a ruck by picking up a leg and bringing the Hurricanes' full-back down on his shoulder.

The crowd are shouting for a red card. A little giddy that.

Referee Romain Poite instead opts for yellow.

The Lions are down to 14. A 14-point lead, 15 to go.

    This could get tasty.

George North stretches and gathers Jonathan Joseph's delicate dribbler of a chip behind and plunges over.

But is his foot in touch?

Yes, it is. The Canes - back up to a full XV - are still in it.

Another delicious touch from Dan Biggar as he flicks on a pass down the blind-side channel to Leigh Halfpenny.

This is likely his last appearance of the tour. He has been excellent for this midweek side.

Courtney Lawes coming off after 50 odd minutes is a big indication of Warren Gatland's thinking ahead of the weekend.

But if Lawes is going to sneak into the 23, should Iain Henderson as well?
